KD,AD, and Kawhi is overkill. One of them would have to backseat. It would be waste of that 3rd guy's talent.

Basically the Knicks should call everyone's bluff and realize they have the upper hand here. The Lakers can't make their package any better than it already is without simultaneously hurting the package they give NO. They don't have enough expendable assets for a 3rd team to get involved with anything significant. The Celtics aren't going to give their A offer without Kyrie. Clippers are a wild card because Gallo had somewhat of a break out year and SGA is held in high regard around the league. If Griff is high on Gallo and SGA they could in theory trump our offer but again I don't see him taking a deal with LA because of Gallinari.

I think the biggest threat is the succesful small market team who decides to roll the dice. Like if Denver gets involved or someone of that nature.

That would be pretty huge, imo. And could be one of the greatest tales in NBA history.

I just don't see how it's likely. GSW would need KD to perform offensively, as well as answer Kawhi defensively. The latter is unlikely after an injury.

I can see KD coming back and hitting shots. But Kawhi is still going to do his thing.

If KD even returns and makes things difficult, Kawhi and the Raptors have 3 chances to close things out.

I doubt kawhi is coming if he does i will admit i was wrong. The thing about kawhi with the spurs was he got annoyed with there legendary players ginobli, parker, and david robinson giving him advice found it annoying.

Nobody in the league views him as having all star potential. He's 27, so not that young.

And Around when KP was traded, the Wiretap had an article saying it would require at least 2 picks to have Timmy moved. That's how the league views him....

Correct and DLo has no incentive to help the Nets if they’re choosing Kyrie over him. He gets no extra money.
He’s better off signing and offer sheet elsewhere or forcing Nets to release his RFA rights.
