I want Kabengele too but would be crazy to me if he was there. In the teens I'm calling teams with Sterling to try to go get him or Goga if they're still there.

Goga will be long gone. I think Kabengele has gone from being underrated to overrated. Remember, he came off the bench for FSU and was often playing against backups or winded starters. I think he can put up good scoring and rebounding numbers in the NBA, but his very poor assist/to ratio bothers me. Like a lot of players, his success might come down to how well he develops his 3 point shot.

Fi's a pretty high energy guy. Think if, things break right for him, he could have a Paul Millsap type career.

1st player added on my "Watch List" for #30 is Darius Bazley

https://stats.nba.com/draft/combine-anthro/

I liked

1) His pace on transition, pretty good handles for his height and quick leg movement. changes direction easily on pace.

2) Finishing with both hands (soft touch)

3) Shooting the 3

4) length, height, speed, really young. : 6.9 , 7'0 wingspan, born 12th of June 2000 !!! And a lefty .

EDIT : #2 on my Watch List … Terance Mann

I've never been as excited about a Syracuse recruit as I was about Bazley (I followed SU back when they got Carmelo, but I was too young to really be scouting back then).

The body control on this layup around Marvin Bagley is just insane.

Agree with those who've said Okeke is the ACL risk to take if you're going to take one.

You mean compared to Porter? There are a few 'risks' I'd rather take than Okeke despite liking him quite a bit. Bazley is a 'risk' I'd gladly take ahead of Okeke. I'd gladly take either international (Goga, Sekou, possibly even Samancic) ahead of Okeke if you consider international players 'risks'. I'd also take KPJ over Okeke. Or how about TRex arms Herro. At #30 a lot of players will have warts and may be considered risks. That said, Okeke definately is someone who I'd like at our pick, but I'm pretty sure that another player I like more will be available to us.

I don't think an ACL is necessarely a future risk really. I think the bigger deal is that he'd be out for a big part of the season including preseason.

Herro won’t even last til #20 and probably goes lotto unfortunately for us. Getting him at 30 would be bonkers value.

Would be down to drop back for a couple 2nds to stash a couple guys if the board falls like I think it will. Would love to move up for Goga, a pretty rare type of big prospect who projects to Brook's role, or Fi, who I think has big time untapped floor game after doing so much damage from the post at FSU.

I wouldn't want to drop back. We have better uses for our roster spots than to offer them to second rounders (especially since we may not have access to our MLE and would have to offer 2 year deals) and if it's for stashing we should have better uses for our pick. I'm all for buying a second and using it to stash someone though.

Is there any site that summarizes the results of other mocks, or ranked lists of potential draftees. Usually every individual one is way off on some players. I'd like to find such a summary so I can look at all players that tend to be listed 21-40 or so.

I interpret "stashing" guys as drafting international dudes and keeping them overseas, thus not taking up roster spots. Grab Sirvydas and Eboua or something and bring them over later.

I just wanted to clarify. I think Syrvidis may be worth stashing but I don't see a second international player I'd like to get my hands on unless someone drops. Might as well just take Syrvidis and have him bound to the rookie scale for 2 years. There are huge differences between pick #30 and #31 cap related.

Does anyone have a list of players we've worked out? I can't seem to find anything other than the tweet from Woeful about Cam Johnson.

Whether through the draft, or free agency, I wanna get a guy who can create his own shot on a consistent basis.
