Someone on twitter mentioned the Blazers should trade CJ, Nurkic and a couple of firsts for him. That would probably be a good trade for both teams, but of course it's risky since AD likely walks.

A lot of teams outside of the Lakers, Knicks, etc, could put up decent deals.

Keep the draft picks - add Zach Collins to the deal if I am the Pelicans. It is risky if he walks thats for sure though

Knicks can package Knox, contracts, #3 and a future Dallas pick

Pelicans supposedly already floated out that they dont like or want Knox. If thats true, then its really hard for the Knicks to have a decent trade offer when Knox is basically the player that everyone features in the trade.

The only thing that would make the Knicks offer good is a boatload of picks. They could do pick swaps too. Knicks just won't have much of anything left if they trade most of their decent players for them. I won't be surprised if the Knicks completely strike out on the big names.

I think the Knicks have the best package for AD, plus gets him out of the west

DSJ, Knox, Robinson, and #3 all day for New Orleans.

DSJ
Holiday
RJ Barrett
Zion Williams
Robinson

Bench

re-sign Payton
Moore
Hill
Knox
Okafor

Sign a Free Agent (won't they have cap if that trade happens)

Could Knox be our future PF next to Ayton? Could we join this trade, and give up Jackson or Warren, and milwaukee pick for Knox?

I still think that Brooklyn very well could be the spot.

They have the pieces that Griffin could use to keep the team a playoff contender. He still heads East. Davis will draw Irving, who already has one foot out the Boston door and has eyes set on Brooklyn. You know that will have to intrigue Durant as well. And even though Brooklyn isnt on his reported list of teams, Would he seriously walk away from a paring with Irving and possibly Durant? If he does he is one of the stupidest players on earth.

The Knicks package probably depends a lot on how Griffin feels about Robinson and Barrett. There's a case to be made that Robinson is one of the highest upside guys being floated out there. There's also a case to be made that Robinson will foul out of every game if he consistently plays 35 mins a night lol

Personally the fact the Knicks could send 3, the two Dallas picks plus two of their own would be really appealing. Banking 4 future 1sts gives you a bunch of flexibility moving forward as you figure out how to build around Zion. Plus you don't have to pay any of that knicks package soon like you would a guy like Ingram. Add vets with your own cap space and use that amo to strike on a future deal.

I don't know. But Brooklyn might be better set up short and long term if they just kept their depth, shooters, and Allen in the middle if they get KD and Kyrie.

Knicks package really stinks outside of the #3 pick which isn't even that great in a weak draft. Dallas couldn't wait to move on from DSJ, I still don't buy Knox as a future star or anything like that, ummm what else do they have to peddle? Mitchell Robinson is good but is he who you trade AD for?

Knicks trade: Lance Thomas ,Hezonja, Robinson, Knox, DSJ, 3rd pick, and Dallas Pick
Suns trade: Jackson, Oboka, and Milwaukee pick
New Orleans : AD

Knicks get : AD, Oboka
New Orleans : DSJ, Robinson, Jackson, Lance Thomas, 3rd Pick, Dallas Pick, Milwaukee Pick
Suns get: Hezonja, Knox

See link

http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=yy7fu5gv

Suns then trade #6 for Ball and keep TJ

Ball/TJ
Booker/ Hezonja
Oubre / Bridges
Knox / Warren
Ayton / Bender (for cheap)

That is a good , deep team

Like it or not, AD will be a Laker. He has all the leverage and can choose where he wants to play in 2021. No team is sacrificing their future for a 1 year rental.

Ingram, Ball, Kuzma, picks. Done deal.

hmmm #6 for Ball?

How does Ball compare to the possibly available PG prospects at around #6?

I hate lonzo ball's dad but I think he will breakout when on a new team.

he wants to be here, and he is the perfect PG around Booker, and to feed ayton.
