Agreed! So not worth risking your career over. He was so clearly not ready if he got reinjured that easily.

To any idiots that wanted to see Durant back...this is what happens.
There was no way in hell he should have played. We knew this would happen. We all did, but some wanted it for their own selfish reasons. Would you have come back in the same circumstances?

CptCanada wrote:You can tell that very few fans were actually cheering for the injury. That is the lowest cheering that you've heard all series. And every single person cheering is an ****. The vast majority of Canadians and Raptors fans do not condone this. I berated a coworker for being happy about Klay getting hurt. I wish health and happiness for everyone. Makes me sad.

What do you mean? We all heard the roar!

Please. Human nature, and the moral compass is way bigger than basketball. Someone else will win the title next year, and the world goes on. Your fanbase has just been stained as low moral character people. That will stay with you much more than the title will.

That injury is worth a chip for them. Let them cheer.

Get out of here, you're a POS if you cheer that on...

We're being overly sensitive and overly PC. Raptors would have lost this series is Durant was able to play 3 games. They will now win (in all likelyhood). This will be the first for Toronto. Relax.

The cheers were deafening. **** off.

It was deafening when they made the steal, not after the play.

They cheered for the play. But then after the foul, KDs teammates helped him up and he started hobbling around, and then those classless f***s cheered much louder. Don’t defend or handwave that ****.

We don't know why the fans were cheering.

So many snap moral judgements on here.
The Greatest of All Time debate in basketball is essentially who has the greatest basketball resume of the player who has the best highlights instead of who is the best player
