They could cheer a calf strain for like a month straight and I wouldn't get offended. That's a nothing injury that doesn't affect Durant in any way except for that play where he fell down. He probably comes back in the game later or misses the rest of the game (oh no!).

Cheering an achilles tear that could cost him money and a year of rehab is completely different and no one from any fan base would cheer that.

Leonard should leave raptors after Lowry always always chokes away big games and Siakam has the bball iq of a doorknob and is shooting 0/12 on his last 12 threes in the finals. Each round Siakam just gets worse and worse, he can't handle the moment he's mentally weak and has low iq. Lowry is 1/10 on his last ten three pointers and choked away wide open shots late 4th quarter to put the game away. Siakam and Lowry are combined 1/22 on their last 22 three pointers. This will be the biggest carry job in finals history if raptors win and I still think they will because kawhi is that damn good.

The majority of the arena was cheering for the injury. Not all, but most, clearly. Some felt bad and cheered him; some were chastened by the Raptors players, who had to scold their fans on North American live TV, and had a better moment; some were embarrassed to have been caught showing their true colors and tried to cover it up with fake sympathy cheers. So yeah, a variegated response, but generally embarrassing and shameful.

Home crowd gave only a quick reactive cheer, more for the turnover and basket than KD going down. Then the crowd turned quickly to respectful applause when the players waved them to. Not a big deal

The crowd was chanting "KD, KD, KD" FOR HIM when he was going to the lockerroom.


The GB for some reason ignores that.

It was a small handful cheering

They were quickly drowned out by applause after kd got up. Which was followed by a chant of kd.


Call it straight.

Only after Ibaka and Lowry motioned for them to do so.

Players knew what happened and the crowd had to be shamed into acting like humans.

Raptors fans trying to re-write what is obvious on video. This wasn't Raptors cheering a fast break. They were cheering for the injury and multiple were waving him off the court.

It would be easier to just admit to the obvious rather than try to defend that behavior.

But hell, these are fans that cant admit the obvious when it comes to refs. Everything is a conspiracy against the Raptors.
