Disappointing game and you can point to a lot of things from start to beginning of the game. GSW seemed more determined (as they should be) to win. The KD incident may have rattled everyone for better or worse on both sides. I still say Raptors in 7 so we are in for a ride. I just hope we as Raptors fans do a much better job and clean ourselves up to be respectful and honourable to our opponents and their fanbase.

question for someone. I have noticed the warriors bench constantly getting up and yelling at our players when they shoot 3s by their net. Should the refs be calling technicals on this?

as long as they don't touch the player or get on the court, everything is fine - even though i hate it too.

but you're right there should be boundaries where evven getting up could compromise a shooter because he is afraid he might get touched or something.

classy players right?

Man, downtown was ready to have a party. Too bad they couldn't win it.

Durant was a big difference. Their offensive onslaught is at maximum level with everyone out there and there's really no defense that can contain it. The role players stepped up but Kawhi just wasn't dominant enough to win it. They ultimately choked away the lead, and even though he had a good game overall, I don't want Lowry being a go to scorer in a game with a lot of pressure - that's not for him.

The fans clearly didn't realize how serious Durant's injury was initially, as Ibaka looked like he clamped him up and they were off for a fast break opportunity. They gave him a professional send off when it was clear he was injured. So non-story to me.

I feel like the Raptors will win the next game, but man, if they won yesterday it would've been the biggest celebration this city has ever seen sports wise.
"I definitely knew he traveled, but I didn't know they were going to call it. That was one of them situations in which a great player made a move...and they called the call. And I was like, 'Oh, man, there is a God.'

The 2 fouls by Fred on Curry, one being a 4 point play, may have been the difference.
Obviously, they made lots of mistakes throughout the game but those were the most deflating.
We missed a bunch of baskets on fast breaks too. Don’t get fancy, just dunk the damn ball.

We've been amazing from the free throw line in this series - but this game was our worst unfortunately, 77% and 6 misses. If we had made just one more...

Read on Twitter
Drake knew. Kevin Durant crumpled to the floor with Klay Thompson beside him looking around with a pained expression on his face and the crowd was cheering. But in front of his courtside seat, Drake looked distraught. He spun around and now several of the Toronto Raptors players – Serge Ibaka and Danny Green among them – started flapping their arms to quiet the crowd.

This will be a talking point, Toronto. It can’t help but be. Perhaps a sober second thought will take over Tuesday morning and the emphasis will be on how the crowd at Scotiabank Arena turned cheers to chants of “K.D.” as Durant was helped off the court, Raptors players patting him on the back and whispering some words of encouragement. Maybe the great and good of the U.S. media will give you a break. Or mention karma, and a 106-105 loss to the Golden State Warriors. Or motivation for the Warriors.

In the meantime, DeMarcus Cousins thinks those of you who cheered the sight of his fallen teammate are – and I quote – “trash.”

“So trash,” a brooding Cousins said as he stood outside the Warriors locker-room after a 14-point, 19-plus minute evening that including a much-needed jolt to his shell-shocked teammates after Durant’s injury. “We’re all idolized as superstar athletes. We’re idolized for what we do between the lines and then once we lash out and do human type things, then we can sit back and …”

That was pointed. But not as pointed as the words Boogie had for the chattering classes who suggested Durant was somehow milking his calf injury, that his status as a free-agent might have played a part in the decision.

“F— them,” he said, tersely. “F— ‘em.”

Lowry was passive on offense, and Siakim was out of control and kept shooting jumpers.

The Warriors literally are looking for anything to motivate them at this point, it's kind of sad tbh. Praying we close out Oracle with a W.

Lowry is not passive,he should never handle the ball in crunch time, because I know he will brick the shot or turnovers

The play was simple. Once Kahwi deferred to Fred with 4 seconds left Fred then pumped and Curry went right by him respecting the shot. That was Fred's green light to put it on the floor and pop a jumper in last man standing Iggy's face. :banghead:

Lowry is problematic when heavily contested.

I'm not talking the last shots,Lowry's hero ball is the reason lead Gws an 6-0 run

I think we must resist the Cinderella Peyton Manning Sunday heroes bullsht narratives. The only thing we are bit shaky about is finals experience otherwise we kick their butts on every level.

Kawhi, gassed, lost Klay fair and square on the go ahead 3. Just saying. Even more reason for a fn timeout after the Cousins Christmas present. Goaltending then offensive foul...
