Re: 2019 NBA draft
For those interested in all the prospects, and not just the bad-shooting tweeners that ESPN "experts" drop on their ever-dwindling viewers, the international early entrants:
Two, probably three first rounders, maybe four?
Two or three more who are likely to be picked late as well, after most people turn off the draft. At least keep watching for the Boston second rounder.
Of those not in the draft, Borisa Simanic might have been the most interesting prospect.
Goga Bitadze
Yago Dos Santos
Sekou Doumbouya
Matas Jogela
Marcos Louzada Silva
William McDowell-White
Adam Mokoka
Joshua Obiesie
David Okeke
Luka Samanic
Deividas Sirvydis
Yovel Zoosman

Little, Hero, Goga, Langford, Kabengele all possibilities at 14. I’m sure a few more. Lot of options at 14. This is going to be fun.

I am sorry to see Bitabze all the way up to 10 in the latest SI mock, as I really would have loved to see the C's get him. (While Bol has dropped to 22, perhaps as more teams see his medicals?)

Oh man, their mock is kinda worst case scenario for me. Herro, Porter Jr and Bol?
Passing on Little, Clarke, NAW, Claxton and Keldon Johnson to do it.

Don't watch a ton of college basketball, but from what I saw, he seems like a boom or bust prospect that's far more likely to bust than boom. Classic player that get drafted too high because of his athleticism. We've already got Hayward/Brown/Tatum at the wing (for now). If we're going to swing for the fences, might as well go with a guard or a big.

The deal with Fernando for me is that he isn’t just an athlete - he’s shown skill improvement from his freshman to sophomore year. He can shoot a little, he’s a better passer than Kabengele, he’s going to be agile enough to play the 4... his defensive awareness is very bad, but if you think you can coach it into him, he’d be a player.

Trading up to 10 might still be an option.. Consolidating to have two picks is fine ..
OKC is rumored to be ready to deal the 21st pick and is in “win now” mode ..

I tend to agree on Little.
Herro is a shooter we need. Plays with a ton of confidence too. His game reminds me of Booker and Reddick.
If we go big, Kabengele or Goga should be good fits.

Re: 2019 NBA draft
Little at 10 (by trade up) and Hachimura at 14 would be a good draft. So would NAW at 20, Langford or Thybulle at 22..

Yikes, would only be happy with Little out of that group at 14.

Little has, though, gone from overrated to underrated and now back to overrated again.

Yah that was my worst case scenario too. If we take KPJ ill be furious— he sucks. Am okay with Bol at 22, but Herro at 14 is just a terrible reach.

He’s a good gamble around 14. He should go in the 10-17 range, IMO.

Little played for the wrong coach and in the wrong system. I would take his college stats with a grain of salt.

Best draft would be Clarke (14th), Herro (20h), PJ (22nd) probably too rosy, but could happen, add a solid stash guy in the 2nd round, and that's an A+++ that'd set you up awesomely for the future
