I think it's 90% certain that he's back as long as Kyrie's gone. With or without Smart, Danny is re-signing Rozier. At the very least, you have additional salary for a midseason trade. If it works out, you have a decent enough starting PG for the playoffs like two seasons ago.
I just don't care that he's back lol.
If you sign Rozier this offseason, you can't trade him all year.
You can trade him December 15 if you sign him. If you match and offer sheet you can deal him Dec 15 but he has to consent for 1 year and he can't be dealt to the team that gave him the offer sheet for one year.

No because talent is what wins in the NBA. We had a team of guys who wanted to be here and we got nowhere with it.

That's what pisses me off. National media is trying to spin it off saying it's cause Rich Paul is black.

Your absolutely right klutch has power but that is just an exaggeration of it....how can they be strong armed? Not gonna happen.

I think ya gotta do Brown/Smart And three firsts this year. No Memphis and no Tatum.
Is Ingram Ball /no. 4 better? Maybe.
I don’t know.

Playing hardball might cost us three players if they are not careful. Kyrie chances of staying here without another star player is low. I wouldn't trade Jaylen Brown for Anthony Davis even with the memphis pick included. Jaylen Brown just doesn't have a high value. It sucks but that is the truth.
Lakers can easily beat that offer. Ingram, Kuzma, 4th pick. Done.
It doesn't matter. If Jaylen Brown and Marcus Smart and bunch of picks doesn't get it done then they can send him to the Lakers. You can't trade Tatum for the same reason you think NOLA wants him so much. He is right now the best player on your team and is under control for 7 years. Good teams make deals like this all the time and don't have to include their best player to get it done, because it is stupid and pointless. There is not going to be enough left to put around Davis to compete.
You don't have to make this trade, there will be other deals and other players.
Tatum isn't our best player

I'm not so sure about AD being a one year rental, if Ainge can build a contender around him. I'm doubtful LeBron can handle going .500, and LAC and NYK probably use up their cap space on guys like Kawhi, Jimmy Butler & Kemba Walker... I guess Brooklyn & Kyrie could be a darkhorse, but I suspect they'll suck next year.

I admire Ainge's win at all costs mentality, but as a fan I don't want players who don't want to be here, who always have one foot out the door looking for a bigger better deal.
No, it's business. Nothing that is happening right now is anything new. I'm more grossed out by the fact that the lakers rich paul and lebron might actually get their way here.

No it's not better. Not even close, neither Ingram nor Ball are better than Brown. It depends on how you value #4, seems like most GMs don't value it too high cause there's not much of a difference in the talent pool..

People need to relax with the name calling online. Vulgar words. Most/Some people wouldn't say any of these thing to people's faces, celebrities. Why say them online
People are free to say and do whatever they want but they do have consequences. You can't control what people say because it is their right but you still have to be mindful of your words and actions.

It’s crazy there is no legit report out there on what Boston is offering. Everyone who mentions Boston is guessing what could be offered. We all know LA is throwing pretty much the kitchen sink except possibly holding onto 1 current young player at best.

Better worse doesn't matter. At some point the price is what someone is willing to pay. Rich Paul has made it pretty clear your not buying the Ferrari your only renting it. Ainge has been trying to trade for Davis for 4 years, even with a Ferrari the price goes down the more miles you put on it and the less time is on the lease.

Forget all the media talk.
It comes down to this:
AD wants the Lakers. The Lakers want AD.
What do the Pelicans want? They want the best deal.
What is Ainge willing to give up? And how strong does he feel that AD will resign with Boston?
This is the Lakers deal to loss. Ainge can come in and steal and seal the deal, if he is willing to overpay for a guy that most likely leaves after one year.

Not crazy at all. Ainge always plays it like that. He and Griffin probably have multiple scenarios based on what the Lakers can do. If they can somehow pull a trump card and get something decent for NO, perhaps Tatum is in play. If they keep with the garbage they are offering now, it's option B with Brown, Smart and some variation of picks and filler.

He is right now.
He's not better than Horford. If Hayward is able to get to about 80% of his former self, he isn't better than him either. He averaged 16 points on 13 shots and 2 assists.
