It didn't go unnoticed that Danny and Stevens left Kyrie hanging out to dry in the media. Danny was asleep at the wheel and Stevens was clueless on anything that doesn't involve x's and o's per usual.

To be honest, the very first hint that something about the team began bothering Kyrie was when he made comments about his role. I really think Kyrie planned on coming here to be the clear cut scorer, but then worried when he saw all the mediocre shooters on the team, and guys out for themselves, putting up just as many shots as him, or on some nights more. Then, coach did nothing to remedy that.

I really do think Stevens coaching style will have been a factor if Kyrire walks.
Yup. Agreed. If they went and Brad was fired, maybe he'd stay.

So you know what you do? Trade those guys. Get Davis. And fire Brad's ass.

Social Media Update: Danny Ainge is most likely ghosting me. Won't answer any of my polite inquiries as to what is going on with AD. What a douche.

I don’t know why you guys are getting upset. While it sucks to lose Kyrie for nothing, it’s not something that will set the team back for years.

You’re pissed when Lebron leaves, you’re pissed when KD leaves, you’re pissed when AD wants out. The main attraction to keeping Kyrie was Anthony Davis.

You guys saw the playoffs right? Saw how Kyrie made a fool out of himself out on the court? Then acted like a child and didn't even explain his poor play? We weren't THAT great with him. Compound that with him seeming to not want to be here potentially, and you just have to chalk it up to bad luck on Ainge's part. No more players that star in movies, Ainge; add that to the checklist.

But you omit last year, when they played as a team guys were out there for each other. Kyrie wasn’t complaining about Brad then. In fact, he said that he wouldn’t play for any other coach.

His idea that he was the leader started his maverick attitude and holier-than-thou ideals

That is Brad Stevens' coaching style. That's why scrubs love him....they get to shoot as much as they want after having every other coach make them play a role. Then they can sign for big bucks somewhere. Evan Turner is a classic example. IT was on this path prior to getting hurt. Morris and Rozier were this year's culprits. And we wonder why stars don't want to come or stay here....Brad Stevens has no idea how to use them.

**** Kyrie. Let him play on the #2 team in New York with no star players and a weak fan base. Good luck trying to build your brand there, after a few months into the season, that small fan base will turn against you and nobody would give a **** about you in short time. Only reason I wanted Kyrie to stay was only because of the Davis situation and that’s it which would have made the Celtics the favorite to win it all.

Can't we convince Kemba to sign for the MLE and become NBA champion?

Of course it’s set us back years. We’ve lost Kyrie and we’ve lost a chance at AD. We’ve gone from the brightest future in the league and contending for 10 years to a first round treadmill and hoping that Tatum can become our star.

That Memphis Pick is huge. Absolutely huge. If that doesn’t come into something good then the rebuild as been a monumental failure and there’s no other way to see it if we are being fair.

Not sure how Steven's is supposed to handle one of the most mercurial guys in the game.

Ainge basically handcuffed himself from getting AD last year, and lost a pick asset. He could have just traded NO Brown, Smart, the SAC pick and whomever they picked at #8 (SGA or Sexton) in the 2018 draft for AD last Feb.

Idk why I'm seeing so much saltiness and outrage. This is what everyone wanted. I should see nothing but delight and positive vibes. The bum is gone.

Here's the goal for next year. Sweep the Brooklyn nerts in the first round, dump the philly goosers, dispose of the reigning champs and disembowel the dubs in the finals. AD stays Hayward finals mvp Brad vindicated Kyrie and Lebron kill two franchises while we point and laugh and all other types of silly $hit if you can't dream big take a nap ANYTHINGS POSSIBLE

No. What started it was inability to deal with the fact that

1. He was a bit bitter about their success without him
2. That he was frustrated with the entitled play of the young guys, and Brad for not being able to get them in line.

THEN he used his "role" as the "leader" to try to intervene (LeBron Style) and justify his frustrations.

Kyrie wasn't the initial problem. He just couldn't handle it and exasperated the issues.

This all is a result of Kyrie's lack of self awareness and emotional intelligence, which of course results in this reaction formed pseudospirtual intellectual persona he currently wears. I've said this before, but he acts a lot like someone who's been predisposed for substance induced psychosis (weed CAN do that; as a social worker, I've seen similar patterns)

Not saying he will be.. I don't think he will. But my point is that the dude is all over the place, he's super flighty, and really needs to get his stuff together and his mind right. Because I don't think he's 100% "right" maybe 88%
