So why not chance it? Hope that you somehow turn Tatum into an mvp/ stars want to come play with him? I'm not going to intellectualize or rationalize why Danny holding onto Tatum is the right thing to do. Cause it isn't, no matter how much convincing anyone attempts to do. Miss out on Davis, you made a mistake. Idc if it costs Tatum and if it's a one year rental. Tatum won't win an mvp. You need an mvp. You take that risk.
