We the champs!

We were better than the warriors WITH KLAY. Same team swept the WCF team, beat Rockets in a decisive game without KD, everyone was calling them the old Warriors, the 2015 team, the 73-9 team, their offense was unlocked, Curry playing at an all time high, warriors tougher without KD.

Warriors risked it all trying to save Curry as he got bodied up FVV   so they called KD and got him hurt :banghead:

New coach (rookie nba coach), new players, mid season trade, injuries, load management, going through Bucks/Sixes who would have won the ship had they not gone up against the Raps

FOH with that.

Toronto Raptors 2019 NBA champs.

Ya'll still salty and mad?

Congrats Raptor fans!

Raptors are clearly the best team in the East, wish we could have seen a real finals. One of the most underwhelming finals victories I can recall.

Congrats to the Raptors and their fans. A championship is a championship. Let nothing diminish that.

The only team to beat Toronto in the last 4 playoffs combined is Lebron.

Kawhi had an amazing sequence of just pure effort that final possession. He boxed out Boogie and sprinted his ass off for the ball.

This was one of the most impressive runs in history

The past East Conference finals teams have been Lebron with a super-team beating up on injured weaklings.

The Sixers/Bucks were both incredibly good teams that would have taken out Lebron's Cavs.

I must say, while maybe not a historically great team (or maybe not yet at least), I don't think I have ever seen such a complete team as these Raptors in the sense that every freaking player on the floor could defend, shoot and pass. Every player was a threat on both sides of the ball. The level of consistency of their line-ups in terms of skills was truly overwhelming.

There's no asterisk for these Raptors.

Happy for Kawhi and happy for Lowry now that I think about it. Good for Pascal. Good for Marc Gasol. He deserves it.

The 15-17 era warriors were up there as well. But yeah this team is legit impressive top to bottom.

Re-live it raps fans. Higher pucker factor...when Green threw it away or when Curry got it off clean?

I was yelling at the screen over Green throwing it away. Couldn't he have just held it?

Raptors probably had the toughest road to the finals in the Eastern Conference in a decade...gotta give them credit for that.

Sixers and Bucks were probably better then everything in the West apart from the Warriors.

Not really. People cherrypick the results to supplement their argument when it works. It doesn’t work for OKC vs Portland, Portland vs Denver, Raptors vs Bucks or even an 8th seed Pistons sweeping the Raptors during the regular season but with little chance to beat them during the playoffs. The Warriors haven’t treated the regular season the same since the 73-9 season.

If I tell you Golden State won will you shut up?

I was more livid at what led to it.

Lowry inbounds the ball, walks it up over half court using 10 of the 24 seconds of the clock
then calls a time out with 37-39 seconds left ...

Which means the 2-for-1 opportunity when you are up only 1 is gone ... bad bad idea IMO

What do we do out of the time out -- inbound into the back court again ... which is running more time off the clock, then turn it over lmao
