Watch....Now that Anthony Davis is going to L.A., Kyrie will sign with the Lakers as a free agent because he knows Durant is done for all of next season, so he's not going to pair up with him in either New York or Brooklyn. And Durant will end up staying with the Warriors. Knicks have the worst luck, LOL

They are going to have to build through the draft. Once they get a good core a superstar will join them. Just need to be patient.

Pretty sure everyone wanted to see the Knicks trade for Davis only so they would trade all their youth and picks and the turnaround would be short live and not enough.

Knicks were never giving up that much nor should they.

They got screwed by KD going down. They shouldn’t want Kyrie alone, just keep building.

Also not convinced Kd and others actually wanted to play for them. They were in a good position basketball wise though.

Only way they get screwed is if they max out a Tobias Harris or Jimmy Butler lol.

Otherwise they keep their cap space, develop the young players and keep it pushing.

As a Knicks fan, I'm ecstatic that we didn't trade all of our youth and picks for AD. If KD wasn't hurt, then I may have been okay with it because it would help recruit KD and another max player. But to trade all of our youth and picks for AD is literally the typical Knicks thing to do... so as a Knicks fan, I can tell you im happy af

I'll be pissed af we max out kyrie, Jimmy, tobias, or other players similar to them without having a true number 1 guy

All of knicks fans stated they were happy the Lowry robbery trade didn’t go through because then they wouldn’t have porzingas.

Then they traded him for pretty much a bag of peanuts.

Honestly if New York fans were so holier than thou, I would feel a bit bad for the franchise.

You guys should desperately be trying to sign KD anyway. Park him for a year, continue tanking for another top pick, and then push all-in for 2021.

Or stay patient and build through the draft.

You'll never stay the course long enough with Dolan there. Might as well have gotten a real talent out of it. But all the injuries have trashed this historic free agent pool. Half could resign, most of the other top names could end up on 3 or 4 teams total. Everybody else is sitting there wondering how they are going to fill up all that cap room and offering $15mil for average starters.
