Pels have no reason to trade Holliday. He plays the two for them. They already have a stocked cupboard of picks now.

Pels might not be able to get Barrett to team with Zion but Reddish will be availible at 8 and with a chance to shore up the hole at Center with Hayes seems too ideal for them. Three picks in the top ten would be something.

If I'm LA though I'm spewing that Klay got injured because that would have been the ideal guy to slot in at SG with Lebron/AD. What's going to be most interesting is who they are able to get to fill out that roster. Right now they'll only have 6 guys under contract and no cap space.

They'll have the midlevel. After that, they can fill 2 or 3 vets ring chasing. There's going to be a couple who are willing to sacrifice money to win

Remember we gave up multiple picks to Cavs and Raps just to S&T for Bosh and LBJ. In hindsight that was dumb a decision. But in this case, it's a fair deal. AD is a top 8 player, can be top 3. Heat would have had assets to trade if they tanked.
