I still see the Lakers missing the playoffs

Post#1 » by facothomas22 » Sun Jun 16, 2019 12:04 am

I still see the Lakers missing the playoffs, even after trading for Anthony Davis.Anthony Davis didn't help his team win games in New Orleans and Lebron James is past his prime. The Lakers now have no depth since they have traded most of their young core. Also the Lakers have Frank Vogel as their coach. How is this team a actual playoff team? At most, they will likely win next year is 43 games, which isn't enough for the western conference.

Are Lakers spending rest of their cap space to pay for your brain surgery?

AD is injury prone...it's definitely possible if they build a top heavy team & AD goes down during the season.

They've just paired the Nba's best PnR ball handler with its best PnR big. They will be fine

You have Kawhi as you avi. Stop talking about AD being injury prone while having that avi.

AD is infinitely less injury prone than Kawhi at this point of his career.

Lol they won't miss the playoffs. If they're smart they'll actually get some shooters with their remaining cap space this time around.

"I still see the Lakers missing the playoffs"

This must be from a First Take/Undisputed producer that's readying his talking points for Monday morning to get a rise out of people. Here's your manufactured hot take and drama for the show guys, pretend you actually believe this.

They better pray Rondo and Lance won't be back. People don't seem to realize how much Rondo especially hurt the Lakers last year with his inefficient ball dominance, garbage defense, and terrible fit next to LeBron.
