Lakers might look to clear more cap space, I'd contact them about Isaac Bonga, maybe a couple of future 2nds for Bonga...i'm still really, really big on him as a prospect

Have to see what kind of multi-year offers this guy gets. If not, maybe a 1-year prove-it deal?

Read on Twitter

Stanley Johnson is another guy who might be in the same situation, though NO has plenty of cap space and may just want to keep a cheap vet around, if he can't get multi-year deals either.

I was in Detroit when Johnson was drafted and watched him his rookie year. I thought he had all-star written all over him. He's been a huge disappointment ever since.

Suns looking to shop the #6 pick warren and Jackson.
Warren had a good year though he was injured.
Jackson can be traded to a 3rd team.

I'd take RHJ, he was just banged up last year. Johnson is doo doo brown, no thanks.

What about throwing some first round picks at them?

They haven't worked out for the Warriors. Maybe even trade something like in 2025, top-3 protected, for trades.

Maybe we have to add talent now, while the stars are in their primes, instead of hoping to find all-star level talent late in the first round or in the second round. It happened once with Dray but not realistic to expect it to happen again.

I wonder if we can get Vince Carter now. He would be nice at the minimum.

I don't get the Vince love, dude literally already announced his retirement, what's the upside? We need people that are gonna be here when the team is healthy.

Gonna assume KD and Boogie walk, but either or both could come back and wouldn't change my plans.

Trade Livingston and Jones to Mem for Avery Bradley
Draft Dylan Windler
Resign Klay at max
Sign RHJ to MLE for 2/$11
Resign Looney for 3/$21
Resign Bell, Jerebko and Cook for vets min
Sign O'Quinn for vets min (or McGee, Dedmon, RLopez, etc)

Curry/Cook
Bradley/Evans/Klay
RHJ/Iguodala/Windler
Green/Bell/Jerebko
Looney/O'Quinn

McKinnie, Lee, Derrickson and picks to fill last two spots and 2ways.

Liv is retiring, RHJ like to get more than the MLE probably, and hes a RFA until otherwise...also hes not a 3.

no thanks to resigning Jerebko/Cook

Just using livs contract for filler before he retires.

Brooklyn has pulled RHJs QO to get more cap space. I could see him getting more than the taxpayers MLE but I'm not convinced. Jamychael Green would be my backup plan. Either one of those guys would spend a lot of time at the 4.

Obviously, we're not sure if Durant resigns and I'm sure some people have mentioned it already, but at least KD tore his achilles in his right non dominant leg instead of his dominant left leg. As far as I am aware, he is predominately a one legged jumper and when he drives he favors his left leg too no? I think Dominique Wilkins also tore his achilles in his right leg while others like Kobe, Matthews, etc. tore it in their left leg right?

Speaking from experience, I fully tore my ACL/meniscus in my dominant left leg around 11 years ago and if I was forced to hypothetically make a choice, I really wished it had been my right leg since I'm primarily a one legged jumper.

By the way, since the Warriors have a **** ton of playing time to offer at both wing positions. What guys would be worth considering for a prove it year?

Anyone worth giving a prove it year shouldn't have been in the league for more than 5-6 years. After a certain point, unless its for rare situations where that player doesn't get major minutes, some players aren't really worth it very much. What could we possibly offer that doesn't hamstring us in the future for the #6 pick?
