It might be the biggest question mark about his game, so not sure there's a totally convincing argument but

-played with an injured hand last season
-form is not atrocious like lonzo or kpj
-ft% was not atrocious at 72%. Sadly, that would be about average for our current roster lol
-i trust players that have such great touch at the rim like he does to improve his outside shot as well

He just seems like a type that would never be a consistent outside shooter to me. Even Justise, who shot 40% at college, took ages to become somewhat dependable from three. Can't be a great scorer in today's NBA without a jumpshot unless you're a complete freak of nature like Giannis.

It's an unpopular opinion, but I'm far higher on Nickeil Alexander-Walker than I am on Romeo Langford and he's the only SG prospect in the draft that I wouldn't be upset about us drafting at 13. Legit shooter who can pull up and make plays for others, good length, too.

I wont be mad if we draft NAW. I scouted him heavily during season. Very nice player. We didnt even interview or workout so doubt he's on our board.

That's good enough for me to draft him sans any other context. Says he knows how to play the game.

He's not a non-shooter either, very easy to invest in that potential

27% from college three for a wing is rough. Very rough. Even guys like Stanley Johnson and Josh Jackson shot above 35% from three at college.

Otto Porter Jr. Shot 22.6% from 3-point range his freshman year in college. College 3-point shooting numbers don't translate well to the NBA, especially freshman numbers.

Especially when the player had a hand injury for pretty much the whole season.

What do you think of drafting for the future with Joshua Obiesie at pick #44? He is a pass first combo guard with great size. He also has a high basketball IQ and good at drawing fouls. I think he could fit in with JRich, Winslow and Bam, and it would be great if we can get a forward like Nassir Little at #13 also.

If Admiral Schoeffield is there at #44, Riley will pick him. Book it

This team has been in such desperate need for a developmental PG that i'm really excited about the prospects of this #44 pick.

This is the article that specifically points out Pat Riley scouting Sham Ponds.

I don't know much about Ky Bowman but his profile suggests he could be a decent scoring combo guard type next to Winslow.

We have scouted Bowman quite extensively...but I'd imagine we have a number of guys in the 30's and 40's that we're looking at, given we traded for the pick pre-draft.

Also, the Heat only managed to get the lowest of the Hawks 2nd rounders.

6-7 wingspan, 6-1 height. I like his energy though.

James Johnson and 13th for 26th and JR Smith. Dont like it but gets 15 million off the books. Guessing this is why Cavs brought in Langford.

Yeah, Bowman is reliable, doesn't get suspended, has a decent shot, hits free throws...

ACC is stronger than the PAC these days.
