lol I'm the opposite. If we keep the picks the two players I desperately want are Bol and Herro

I'll turn off the TV if we take Herro to at 14. Short arms + unathletic = low ceiling and mediocre (at best) defense.

Yeah I assume the pros must be seeing something I’m not, Herro doesn’t impress me..

I don't know why I get excited for draft day and trade deadlines. Way too much hype. "oh Boston is extremely active" so on.

I'll probably refresh "Celtics" on Google 2000 times, refresh Twitter at least 400, and bicker here for 5 hours tomorrow.

Draft time comes, ainge is somehow Gunna draft yabs again LOL

I'm on the Romeo Langford train. The PNR game, a pull-up and interior finishing toolkit with good enough mechanics to project into a quality shooter, defensive ability, good size.

Me either. Defense is a huge question mark.

That guy from The Ringer said teams “clammed up” when he asked about Langford, took it to mean he’ll go high..

This take is very detailed and less optimistic:

I still have no idea how I want at 14. Part of me wants Goga, because I want a future staring center for Boston who can be really good. He’s shooting form looks good. Moves his feet well, looks to have long arms and seems like he can rebound and block shots for the videos I’ve seen of him but I don’t know much about his game because I haven’t seen him play.

I have to admit this was one of the years I’ve watched the least amount of college ball outside of the tournament.

I’m just hoping Ainge and his staff have done a really good job scouting these players this year. They need to really get a couple of players that can play.

Hoping this is the year we got one Euro that turns out to be really good.

Given how the offseason is going, with no Davis or Horford, I’d be fine with Bitadze at 14.. you might be able to play him next to Williams, too, with Goga as a stretch 4 on offense and a goalie 5 on defense, while Williams guards quicker players

I like Matisse Thybulle too. Watched a lot of him when I was obsessed with Fultz. He was the only other watchable player on that squad - well-rounded skill player offensively and obviously a unique defensive playmaker.

I have no clue about college kids as the NCAA is nothing short of the mafia. Foreign dudes, well are foreign to me as well. I just want the Cs to pick someone at 14 that can make **** baskets outside of 2 feet. I played basketball my whole life; it’s not that **** hard.

Carsen Edwards is the only guy I really want and you can likely get him with 22. I mean if you keep Rozier hes a ready backup PG if let Rozier go he can provide a scoring PG off bench behind Smart or PG pickup

Carsten Edwards is a one-trick pony, and an undersized one at that.

So was VanVleet. So was Curry in college. He can shoot/score and is tough

I don't think Carsen is a one-trick pony necessarily. But Freddy Van was extremely well rounded in college. He went late because small school and he lacks physical size. Here's his DraftExpress profile should you not believe me: http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Fred-VanVleet-58750/
