Gonna shoot my shot. Might revise if peli makes a trade for rj and messes everything up smh

1. New Orleans - Zion Williamson. Ofc.

2. Memphis - Ja Morant. There's a chance they trade down, but I'm going to keep Ja here for now since he's bpa anyways.

3. New York - RJ Barrett. Ofc.

4. New Orleans - Darius Garland. Idk wtf they're doing tomorrow, just pick the guy that can shewt, peli.

5. Cleveland - Jarrett Culver. I want to put Hunter here because I like him better, but smells like Cleveland prefers Culver.

6. Phoenix - Coby White. I want to put Hunter here too, but smells like Suns want Coby. You know Suns fans will love cheering for a guy named Coby.

7. Chicago - DeAndre Hunter. I'll put Hunter here finally.

8. Atl gt - Cam Reddish. Feel pretty confident Cam will join my scum team one way or another.

9. Washington - Sekou Doumbouya. This just seems like a nice place to put Sekou.

10. Atl gt part 2 - Goga Bitadze. I'm going with my atl gt guts here, we don't want no Jaxson Hayes here.

11. Minnesota - Brandon Clarke. I know all the rumors have pointed towards Rui here, but idc idc idc Clarke just makes too much sense for me.

12. Charlotte - Rui Hachimura. Surely Kemba's vacation to Japan was to prep for this pick and make Rui feel at home. Surely.

13. Miami - Romeo Langford. My head is saying PJ, but my heart is saying Romeo.

14. Boston - PJ Washington. Could also see NAW going here. Or maybe even Herro, who everyone seems to be mocking here lately, but I just can't.

Clarke/Towns does make an unbelievable amount of good sense, but that makes me think, even more , that it won't happen. Young teams want Disney-esqe story lines and Clarke is an ogre (an even better analogy to fit his unicorn-ness)

I changed my mind at the last minute on Minnesota because I remembered they brought in a new FO this year. Rosas comes from the Morey tree, which makes me believe he has the wildcardbitches.gif in him to pick Clarke

Reddish is a different type of Ogre, but I'm very interested to see the GM that bypasses his red flags and uses a lotto pick on him

PJ Washington is Going to be Al Horford. He’s about an inch and a half smaller but they have the same game and athleticism. If he’s there at 14 I think Boston pounces.

And Chalm mocked him there. Very nice. I really do think he’s Miami’s guy. I think the Langford stuff is a smokescreen so Boston doesn’t jump them for him.

Not a fan of his game, but down with MIA having one of the few Haitians in the league

If I reeeally had to put money on it, I would put it on Miami taking PJ. That's who I've seen mocked to us the most for the past week, plus he has that ~heat guy~ feeling around him, whatever that means.

But, I would feel remiss if I didn't put my fave Romeo in our spot. Might as well go down with the ship if I have to.

The thing that sucks about projecting for Miami is that we have had so few draft picks over the years that it's hard to identify what kinds of guys the FO likes in the draft smh

$3.1M after paying the Suns to take TJ. This means we kept some money. Interesting.

I think they'll use it to get a better pick tonight if a player they want is there.

not to nitpick but thought it was 3.4

Should be enough to buy a pick in the 50s

In fairness, Rondo, who Ainge traded for on draft day, was selected by the Suns on behalf of the Celtics. He was a multiple allstar.

Your nitpicking is fine. The ones further down the shaft are dead though. Sorry. Lice eggs are disgusting, and you are right. We sent $1.8M to the Suns:

https://www.hoopsrumors.com/2018/11/cash-sent-received-by-nba-teams-in-201819.html

The total that can be distributed is $5.243M so $3.443M is left over. Now we spent $1.88M, so $1.563M is left over. That's not likely enough for a second round pick, but it might be used some other way (like in a trade.)

This is exactly what I was here for on draft day.
