I didn't put anything past teh Lakers. They've lucked into some BS and haven't really proven to be a great FO lately.

Are you shocked the Lakers had the 12th best record and ended up with the 4th pick? I'm not. They've had a pretty decent amount of " luck" when they've been in the lottery. They had what 3 #2?

More intelligent insight, "Zion has the ability to raise his game above everyone else's to make his teammates better and be successful." Really, how did he do in the NCAA tournament? Nice individual stats, but a win against UCF and a loss to MSU isn't that impressive.

Love this board but I have to share a mini-rant.

Every year around the draft it's the same old with some of the posters. Some people just love to complain and constantly demand action, trades, moving up, moving down.. not even knowing what's available and at what price. Who cares what's the context, lets do it?

Hawks just got fleeced. They gave up 8, 17, 2020 Cavs 1st, 35 and took $12.5m of dead money (basically another late 1st) for #4 and a future second. And people are upset because old hag on ESPN said this is a big blow. Really? You wanted Celts to give up 14, 20, 22 and Memphis pick to get 4?

Worst thing is that this is the draft to move down, not up. So just relax and enjoy the show. When it comes to deal making, Celts are top of the league.

I'm offline for the next couple hours. Don't want Woj and co. ruining draft for me with their spoilers.

Have to admit, the Soul Train entrance is entertaining.

The exit ramp is dangerous, get so close to being drafted then slip and wreck your leg and go undrafted.
