Happy about that pick especially at #52. We didn't do too bad at all. I think Jalen Mcdaniels is the best of the 3 picks we have. I woulda rather Obieshie tho but I'm cool with Mcdaniels

Didn't know that McDaniels is Juwan Howard's cousin, that's pretty cool.

Mcdaniels is 6'8.25" barefoot with a 7'0.25" wingspan

At the very least those are some fantastic measurables for late 2nd round forward.

I think so. I think he needs to add weight but in about 2 years he will be better than PJ not sure he will be better than the great Cody tho lmao.

I think Jaylen saved our draft and I give it a C+ B- which isn't that bad.

He also plays just like Gerald Wallace. Cant wait to see him/Them in summer league.

Very disappointed we didn't draft Tacko Fall to convert into a stretch 4. Missing Clifford and Cho already.

36 - Cody Martin: C-
52 - Jalen Mcdaniels: B

I know nothing about Mcdaniels, but I'm grading the pick a B because I'm glad UNCNYC got one of his guys.

i really wish we had like 5 2nd rounders. Summer League is already the most exciting time of the year, 6 rookies would be next level.

I feel very strongly that we should have taken Talen Horton-Tucker instead of Cody Martin.

I would have preferred Sekou over Washington at 12, but lots of teams passed on him and I still think Washington is good value at 12.
