Now Frank will have to compete with another 6 players (Dotson, Trier, Knox, RJ, Ignas, Kris) to a rotation spot in the wings.

We dont see him as a PG.

Frank's only position in this league is PG. If he's playing PG he's not in the league.

I think the Knicks should give him another shot. Let him develop this summer. If it doesn't work out just let him go.

The more offensive players you have on the floor the more frank fits with them. This is a big if, but he needs to hit his open threes at 34+%. He fits with rj, he fots with kyrie, he fits with dsj.

There is only one thing he needs to do to play 30 min a game... hit is open 3s

Maybe, Frank wasn't worth a pick... Maybe he is highly overrated by Knicks fans for a guy who can't even stay healthy or score.

this is literally a "don't f this up" statement to frank.

this is the season that determines whether he sticks in the league, or moves back to france and i think frank likes the nba lifestyle.

I think you are right about this. I could see Frank going back to France

You guys are too corny, with this Frank bashing. That's why we can't have nice things.

"Yeah we want a youth movement", but as a fanbase we lack the intelligence, um excuse me, I mean the patience to let these really young players the time needed to properly develop.

Knox was the 2nd youngest player in the draft last year but is constantly pigeoned holed into a semi bust. Jeez. I Love my Knicks but the fanbase is sometimes fnk stupid as hell.

Maybe last night will finally motivate him. Frank needs to be killing it in practice or his days in the league will be numbered.

Frank will always have a job in the league because of his height and defensive skillset.

I still think the knicks trade him to some team like the suns they need a point guard. Free agency hasn't started yet there still lots of time to trade frank.

Frank hitting the open 3 consistently can transform this team into a legitimate contender.

I dont think Suns are interested in Frank. They already have 4 rookie PG/combo guards: Melton, Okobo, Ty Jerome and Jalen Lacque.

Are they interested enough to eat his entire salary and send back some value? That seems to be what the Knicks are after.

You know the biggest issue I have with the critics of Frank- they make it seem like he was supposed to produce from Day 1.

Jackson even mentioned for expectations to be tempered with Frank as he was a project player who was barely 18 and coming from across the world to play in the NBA. Project players are usually raw centers who need 4-5 years of development and also young PG's like Frank who need around the same time. those 2 positions are the toughest to master in the league (especially the PG position.)

We all speak in unison about how we want to develop and build this team the right way for once but many fans don't really practice what they preach. People wanted to dump Frank last night for a 2nd round pick, thankfully they're all posters who aren't get paid for their opinions.

I have plenty of faith in Frank still, I think after that huge KP trade that Frank was going to start seeing minutes more regularly after surprisingly accruing a bunch of DNP-CD's earlier in the year. That groin injury really set him back a good deal, it would've been great to see him and DSJ build some on court chemistry together.

Ty jerome and melton are more shooting guard than point but too answer your question they don't really have anything loose by getting frank. Okobo and jalen lacque are probably going to be in the g- league all year anyways the suns are team that can take a risk with frank and did take risk by drafting cam johnson last night.

All I ask is he hit his open 3s and defend. Just focus on being a 3 and D player right now. That’s a role that is incredibly in demand and will always have a role in this league. Once he gets that down then he can start branching out in bringing the ball up. I don’t get too caught up about his position anymore because you can play make from any position. Hit those corner 3s, defend and hit the open man, that’s all he has to do and he will be better than 90% of the players drafted at 8.

He won’t if he doesn’t show something on both ends. I know he’s young and his D is special, but right now he’s not worth his contract and
By the time he might show a sniff of being an NBA player it’ll be time to let him walk. I just think he either isn’t going to get there or doesn’t have it in him. I’d gladly be wrong.
