Earlier in the week he was working out with Johnathan Motley. It's natural to be concerned for his well-being, but also understand the willingness to risk it all to pursue his dream. Hopefully his health will hold up and that he continues to defy the diagnosis.

R. Stanton Jones, a partner at the law firm Arnold & Porter in Washington who grew up with Ms. Watson in Baltimore, said she told him that she had been raped by Mr. Maggette. She told Mr. Jones about it while he and Ms. Watson were both home for the summer in 2001, he said.

“Meredith told me she had been raped twice at Duke,” Mr. Jones said. “And she told me that one of the men who raped her was the Duke basketball player Corey Maggette. That was a name I knew because I’m a basketball fan.”

If Darren Collison is going to retire, this is how I will remember him as an NBA player.
And he was incredible at Etiwanda High as well but this was fun....and cool...

Glad for DJ that he’s found his way to a contender again, he’ll have tuff competition with Jarett Allen but at least he’ll have a reason to be motivated again.

JJ going to the Pelicans is unexpected but the man is getting that money on his late 30’s! He’s made like 3 times more since he left than he did here. Not sure what the 6ers are doing, they really needed him.

Everyone’s getting paid big, not a lot of contracts I’d be ecstatic about, I wonder what the hell is gonna be left to spend our capspace on

The Lamb contract is great but the Brogdon one is really big, specially if it costs them a bunch of picks. Plus they lost Bogdanovic, Young and Collison who were big contributors, I’m not too sure yet

Magic got lots of players at 4 with same prototype. (Gordon-Isaac-Iwundu-Okeke*-Aminu) Plus They filled the 5 and 3 with Vucevic and Ross extensions. So i wonder there is a opening for Isaac or Bamba? Trade With Jerome maybe.
