"I definitely knew he traveled, but I didn't know they were going to call it. That was one of them situations in which a great player made a move...and they called the call. And I was like, 'Oh, man, there is a God.'

Why would you do that? We’re going to have so much cap space soon. Adams doesn’t move the needle.

Someone tell them he'll be 36 in going into his last year of the contract making around $28 million.
Big men start breaking down around 35 and become scrubs

Looks like Cuban has given up on attracting superstars after he failed with Howard and Deron Williams.

I think Dallas has a really nice young nucleus. I don't understanding why you max out a guy like Horford to add to it. This, at best, makes them an 8th or 7th seed in the West. I'd rather just let things shake out and maybe get another high draft pick to add to this core.
60milish for a re-signed Porzingis and signed Horford is horrible cap management. Horford's deal becomes basically unmovable from day one. This is Cuban spending money to just spend money. Stupid.

Just read that Houston thinks they can acquire Jimmy Butler. At first I was thinking about Eric Gordon and Capella, but what about Paul? Philly needs a PG.
Chris Paul for Jimmy Butler (S&T) and Jonah Bolden?

Yeah, I like how they’ve rebuilt.
Except that young and Collins gonna be maxed out in 3 years and they’ll be against the cap. Only way they turn elite is if both reddish and hunter pan out and trae somehow gets a conscience when it comes to shot selection and turnovers

Trae Young and John Collins both look like studs. Huerter, Reddish and Hunter all seem to have real potential as well.
