Kyrie destroyed the team and the starting lineup on his own. And did his best to get Ainge and Stevens fired.
Bench players were likely uspet that Hayward was the 6th man.
That's blaming a rock being in the ground after the volcano destroyed the city.
Those players wanted their shots and money to be fair, but they also knew Irving was untouchable and Hayward isn't. It's also easy to gang up on the outlier in the social group.
