Apparently the memo is correct that he has grown to 6'10...

I like Wes but I have a weird infatuation with Melvin Frazier Jr.

Wes has really grown with consistent playing time but feel like Melvin has more NBA skill. Think he can grow more with playing time.

I read on twitter that Melvin is out with surgery, sucks. I don't think he will get shot with us.

I like how Wes has really attacked in transition, feel like he can do that in half court too. I also wish he would shoot more. I cannot stand when he pump fakes a wide open 3.

Frazier and Iwundu might be the solution for long term bench depth on the wing. But moving forward Orlando needs better starting guard play.

Iwundu on serious team can't be anything more than end of a bench guy.

Whether Terrence Ross re-signs or not, The Magic need more scoring on the wing.

Iwundu is a solid backup and like how he has progressed. However, that scoring issues persists.

Iwundu plays with a lot of huatle, he attacks the rim and has a developing 3pt shot, andnyou can, plug him in at the 2 or the 3. Hes a nice back up who gets too much flack around, here for the role he plays.

At 1.6m, he's certainly earned that option and spot on the team. He understands his role and doesn't take it for granted. If he can continue improving his 3-ball he'll be a really solid 3&D player that teams will be looking to poach as a value signing in free agency next summer.

I've been meaning to ask about Frazier. Does anyone know the status of his development so far?

Frazier just had surgery to correct a broken bone. So currently he will be rehabbing that.

He had a good year in g league. Before injury Weltman was very pleased with his progress.

Weltman on Frazier's injury:
"It’s a shame because he was off to a great summer and he really had a focus and an intensity and was really putting in good work,’’ Weltman said of Frazier Jr., who averaged 12.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.6 steals while shooting 44.6 percent from the floor and 38.5 percent from 3-point range in 18 G League games last season. ``It’s really too bad. But, that being said, I can tell you that (Frazier Jr.) is in a great place mentally. (Recently) he was form shooting and he’s trying to expedite the process. He was very committed, and I think he was primed for a big summer. But he understands now that there are other ways to improve while he’s going through this. He remains very focused and committed and we’re still very high on him.’’
