To kd..... worth the risk imo he’s at least going to be worth say 20mill a year type player if he isn’t himself worse case scenario he’ll at least be top 25 at the very least.. and then also after a year of playing with only two years left he’ll be tradable imo at age 33, it’s nit like it’s a total loss if he isn’t the exact same. Yeah... I think it'll be either us or the Clippers if he signs long-term. Maybe Toronto if he does a 1 or 2 year deal.

I stopped following him years ago, but this has to be one of the biggest reaches I've ever seen. Literally nothing wrong with an owner wanting as much information as possible before throwing a max contract at a guy with a ruptured Achilles...

I actually agree with him in part. Obviously, that's how teams are thinking but you don't want it in public as it's slightly embarrassing/damaging to Durant's FA bid to have it out there that we may be 2nd guessing.

Considering how little leakage has come from the Knicks of late, this is probably a strong tell they will be passing on KD

It was almost definitely leaked for the purpose of justifying to both KD and the fans why they will not be making him an offer (or at least the kind of offer he expects)
