I've been researching GoFundMe and there's an option that lets you transfer funding to another account when it's time to Withdraw and I feel like that's the best way to go about things. When we hit a goal #, I'll switch the account to Bish and he'll enter his bank account or I'll add Cap, and he'll handle mailing the express card to Bish.
