I really dont understand the point of your question and what it has to do with Mitchell Robinson.

I’d like to see Trier more in a passer role in summer league.

For Robinson he can experiment offensively and work on chemistry with the two drafted rooks.

The closer you get to the season and during the season the tougher it gets to experiment.

I agree to an extent. Id like to see Mitch jacking up 3s and trying to score 1 on 1 in the post. Maybe some pick and pop action. We know he is a beast on defense, would like to see him improve his offense as well. Playing as the best player on a summerleague team, he can look to score more and gain some confidence in doing so.

No. No. No No. NO NO **** NO

Mitch does not need to be doing all that **** in teh summer league. The summer league is crap and full of crap players. He has to be developing all of that stuff against real NBA players. That means not the summer league. C'mon guys.

If there are pick up games with all real NBA players he can play with that stuff, then, meh, fine. Otherwise it is simply train, train, train and then see how it works out when you get back to the league.

Int players have a small short-cut (eg Frank or RJ), but Mitch doesn't (unless he finds a French nationality grandfather somewhere down there in the bayoo).

1. Against elite/nba competition..at his age... he will get exposed by doing that.
2. He can do that during the season. No reason to not work on the weaker part of his game in the summer/summerleague.
3. there are many "real" NBA players in the summerleague
4. Any street pickup game with NBA players, have non NBA players playing in the games.

So i really have no idea what youre talking about. Him playing in a full court setting against decent competition will only benefit him at his age.

Btw even when these guys scrimmage in the offseason against other nba players they don’t go all out like if they were playing in the real season or playoffs. The ramp it up as they get closer but never go all the way.

Fizdale being there to watch him train makes me very happy. I really hope Frank can stay healthy early on and carve a consistent role for himself on this team.

At least he's cognizant of his 2 major weaknesses on offense and is working on improving them- tightening up his handles and obviously his jumper.

The kid is 6-7 with above average court vision, passing and defense. You have to develop his shot and driving ability. Hopefully he has better year

Obviously he needs to get more proficient at shooting the 3, to be at least that role playing 3&D guy.

But I swear, with his long arms and his height in general, I think getting a little better at those mid range jumpers is big too. They are generally there for him all day, as he was decent shooting over people the times he took them.

I'm interested in seeing Frank standing next to guys like Iggy and RJ who are listed at 6'7. I swear Frank always looks taller than they list him at.

I do love having a bunch of versatile players that are 6'5 and above

This has been discussed a few times. Not sure what Frank's official height is, but I think he was listed at 6'5.5" when drafted and that he grew to 6'6". Anyway, I think in Europe, they tend to measure in bare feet and USA etc, with shoes on. 6' 5.5" Frank looked the same height as NAMR guys 6'7" because with Sneakers on, they WERE the same height.

Same reason why KP's 7'4" looked so damn TALL. First off, it is. And it's two inches taller than even a 7'2" guy, which can be noticed - but I recall seeing KP next to guys listed at 7'1" and he was just SO much taller looking. Again, KP is probably NAMR 7' 5.5"

His shot looks really nice, I just always thought it was a matter of getting enough reps in. Really, once the 3 pointer comes along, he'll have all the time in the world to get the rest of his game sorted, or not cause he'd still be a solid rotation guy if all he does is get consistent at shooting

Hopefully he shows something in international play. I've kind of moved on from him, but I do still have hope

The way Frank performs with the French national team is the only thing I’m going to lean on when it comes to his improvement, not these clips. The form looks good though.

To be honest I need to hear from Taj before I go too far. He knows his trajectory more than anyone.
