Why is everyone so afraid of a trade for KD? We won't be the ones giving up assets. They will.

yeah they are the ones that will be capped out and want the TPE to have the ability to acquire a player into that space to improve.

Kd says: then I’ll go to nets

there would be no push. if you want to sign KD you are getting him what he wants if its within y

Maybe im biased but playing in MSG or the Barclay center. NO BRAINER for me.

You mean you wouldn’t want to play to piped-in crowd noise?

All these stories coming out is created by the media to get clicks. Knick Fans have become the most triggered fanbase through social engineering and the media is capitalizing on it
Its why they prefer us to be bad. It's good for business. Anywhere you go, on tv or on the radio, the narrative is the same because it will get knick fans triggered and thus bringing in clicks and ad revenues for these outlets. They're using us for their own agenda. Stop getting triggered so easily. Guys like Kd, Kyrie, and Kawhi already know where they're going. They're just waiting for July 1st to make it official. The media is just using this time to create fake stories to capitalize on a triggered fan base. So don't give into the bait

That would be a very interesting idea. Only downside is that it would also get KD his 5th year, which I don't love the idea of the Knicks giving him that.

No, it wouldn't. That's not a thing anymore.

Ah, that's right.

Bob Myers has been in contact with Kevin Durant and Rich Kleiman since the season ended, sources tell ESPN.

The Golden State Warriors will offer Durant a five-year, $221 million max contract and prefer to keep him. But the Warriors are preparing plans to pivot and potentially work with Durant on a sign-and-trade if he decides he wants to leave the franchise and sign elsewhere.

The Warriors could create a $37.6 million trade exception if they sign-and-trade Durant, though they might have to incentivize the receiving team to comply. The Warriors could use the exception in sign-and-trade deals with free agents.

What I also don't like, we would have to wait for the trade deadline or next summer for this.

I rather get this over with on Sunday

They usually do

We really don't have a contract to use it on, atm. Maybe Noah's stretch?

Eh he scores at a pretty efficient rate (especially with SAC last year), isn't a terrible defender and has nice size on that end so he doesn't get picked on. He's also reportedly a great teammate. Sacramento isn't the biggest FA draw. I don't hate it.... I don't love it but you could do way worse with that kind of money IMO.

Max in one of those videos someone posted admitted outright that the media is always looking to bash the Knicks.... so how can anyone believe a word out of his mouth? He professed his bias.
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right
...you are a fan of your opinion not the team.
