That Hornets Celtics playoff matchup will be FIRE next season.

It depends; do you still consider monk an “asset”? I don’t because I don’t think he has true pg skills and I think that Bacon has supplanted him at shooting guard. I would package him with Nic in a heartbeat if it meant getting rid of Batums contract.

Woj posted a brief pod with Bobby Marks a couple hours ago. A lot of Kemba talk, much of it in a "done deal" sense, though he did close with "if they get it done."

Most notably though was a quick comment about Lamb, of whom Woj said there is a lot of interest for across the league. Nothing specific though.

So WOJ confirmed a slam dunk case of tampering on the part of the Celtics.

I seen you post this on multiple threads across the forums, but why isn't this getting more attention?

That's a good question, I hope it's moot and irrelevant come July 1st, but I am sick of the BS coming from Boston's media goons.

I guess it shouldn't be a surprise though that one of the most racist cities in America (dishonorable
mention to Chicago) targets the only black owner in the NBA.

Edit: I go back and forth on MJ, I want to support him, but the results aren't great. But one thing I do know is that Boston is one of the most hypocritical and full of crap cities in the US. They talk a big game, but the people of Charlotte, on average, are better than the racist hypocrites you'll find in Boston.

If the Celtics tamper in order to sign Kemba, do we get any compensation?

I’m actually fairly excited to watch all of these second and third tier players get $20m per from teams. It’s like 2016 all over again only we can’t get screwed into one of them. Who do we hope makes bad decisions the most? Some risky options out there. None of them seem like home runs except for a handful.

If Kemba leaves it doesn't make any sense to keep Marvin on the team taking minutes from Miles and PJ. What team do you guys think would want him? The Pelicans? Thunder?

It's not tampering, teams talk to agents and agents talk to players. No one can do anything about it.

Marvin, MKG, and Biyombo should all be used to get draft picks by taking on longer contracts. Do this with Batum and Cody next year too. Try to get an extra pick in 2020, but definitely load up on 2021 draft.

Detroit for Marvin or MKG?

Tony Snell making 11 million this year and 12 million next year. Somebody like Marvin or MKG would give them a solid rotation guy while giving them cap space next summer. We get their 2020 or 2021 pick for taking on an extra year of snell

Most insiders think 2022 will be the double draft, so I would look to take on both two and three year deals for the expiring contracts.

Whichever year it is, that is the year to make sure to have multiple picks.

sign trades aren't common anymore but this one might make sense so that Kemba could get his fifth year and the Hornets could get something in return. I'd be okay with adding Rozier to our young core of players.

It all depends on what Rozier is being paid. He isn't worth more than the MLE - so $9 million is as high as the Hornets should go.

Seems most fans on Twitter Dead Set against trying to bring in Rozier. And I guess I can see the point of not trying to add another Fringe starter type to a bloated contract. Rozier at say 15 million dollars is only smart if he blossoms into a borderline All-Star.

So let's get this straight, bacon is playing in his third year in the summer league and monk also in his third year is not. Bacon is the superior player and currently our starting shooting guard for next season. Monk will only be in the rotation out of desperation.
