Remember, we needed to have Jo 42 minutes on a floor to stand a chance against Raptors. Every time he was on the bench, our lead would disappear or opponent would pull away. With Horford, that wouldn't be the case.
So, we may get a very good 2 years out of him, and one ok. With him, we'd be able to manage load much better for both embiid and, well him. (he won't need to play as much as in Boston)
I'd be happy if we can resign Butler for 5y max, Horford on a 3-year 80-90mil, Redick 3-year 40mil, and add another shooter (like Bojan Bogdanovic, although we probably can't afford him)..
Those knees man, they make me nervous. He loses 5% of his speed and all of a sudden he’s a center only. He’s really not that good of a shooter, only takes them when he’s wide open.
You also probably can’t bring Redick back with Horford making that much, let alone another good shooter.
