we're assuming that we're getting KD and Kawhi here how can we afford beal as well and then balance out the team?

You trade them Knox, DSJ and multiple first round picks, maybe more. It's actually quite simple, makes a lot of sense and I think we could have already dealt for Beal in order to get AD some weeks ago. We should look at Jrue holiday too. It could be done. You then sign cheap players to fill out the roster, say, Vince Carter.

Lets say they are both coming. What are we surrounding Kawhi with this year? All of our kids? With his load management stuff this team will have hard time to make the playoff. We really think he's gonna waste a prime year waiting for KD to recover from the most devastating injury in sports? Personality I just dont see it. It made more sense when we were in on AD but not now.

So yeah, I guess they spoke. Like most of these guys talk. But it doesn't mean sh*t imo, at least not in NY. LAC seems like the more logical destination. And for the record, I dont see this happenning either.

None of those teams would engage in sign and trades with us except for Utah maybe. Rubio is not the player I'd want. The ball is not supposed to be in his hands much.

I'm sure most of us would love Beal and as a matter of fact he was one of the guys i was talking about that we should trade for like a month ago but a saw something a few days ago that he said he was told be the Wizards people that they aren't going to trade him.
