Culturally, adding Kemba is probably the best thing this team could do. Genuinely humble guy who teammates are inspired by and work around. Absolutely a prototypical Stevens guy as well. I have some concerns long term but Walker is a win for the team as a whole

Just downloaded the youtube video flipper to watch kemba walker highlights as if he were a lefty. My hopes were confirmed - he plays and moves just like IT, especially his ability to come off screens off ball and navigate the P&R. Give it a try, this is my contribution for today.

One league exec who’s dealt with the Celtics even went as far as to tell the Herald he knows for a fact the club would have been willing to trade Irving for Walker over the past two years. If he’s got it right, it would indicate the Celts knew there were issues with Irving’s approach to leadership and general ability to help cool the fires of young players whose image may have surpassed their actual abilities following the 2018 conference finals run.

One big guy I used to dislike, but has improve a lot last season, is Alex Len.

11pts 5.5rbs 1blk in 20 minutes. 74/204 (36%) from 3. Great at setting screens and rolling to the rim.

Glad someone brought up some center talk. Been wondering who the Cs target. Not sure of their market value, or our cap space after signing Kemba, but Brook Lopez/Kanter I wouldn't be against, either. Ideally Lopez as a backup since he doesn't rebound these days. Kanter/Len/Lopez, any 2 of those guys would be great.

I don’t know much about Len, I had him on my Fantasy team last year as a late pickup and he seemed to put up decent numbers.

Atlanta has him shooting the 3 like crazy. In 5 seasons with Phoenix he was 6-25 for 3. In his lone year in Atlanta he was 74-204 for 36.%
