26 hours before Celtics are allowed to talk with Kemba, he already informed Hornets he's going to Boston. Who is leaking this out? For real, if Charlotte complains to the NBA, no way Celtics can explain this.

I think after the misery Wyc and co. went through last season, the $50,000 fine won't be too big of a deal.

Can you elaborate on "effectively dead?" As in, no way Brooklyn would play ball? Or?

When the CBA nuked the ability for players to get an extra year via S&T I killed a majority of the incentive on the player's end to push for one...and unfortunately it ends up meaning teams don't play ball and it's rare to see one get done. I don't see what Brooklyn would gain. They have plenty of cap space

Assuming we grab some sort of decent big, I think the two biggest factors for how good the team can be next year comes down to Hayward making a big step back to what he used to be and Tatum making a big step forward to what he can be.
