How is a team like PHI not going after this guy? Perfect backup C for them.
A lot of teams could use him.

They should if they are an intelligent FO which I think is the case. Vonleh earned a return.
Nice kid, but paying role players before you have meat and potatoes is dumb.
Deeeez Knicks wrote:Durants not dumb. He knows what's at stake if he comes to the knicks. If he comes here and losses he will get killed and I'm sure he knows that. Part of the reason will be the challenge. A big part would be he wants to win here
If he wants more money the easy call is starting in golden state. His Buisness would be fine there.
The company has 10 employees at the moment, but it is moving into a new office building in New York City as it continues what Durant insists is a careful expansion
Durant’s company could be moving to New York for many reasons. His business partner and manager, Rich Kleiman, lives there. Obviously, many companies are based in New York.

Solid contract. Not crippling. Get him through his best years.
Kind of sucks that they didn’t take SGA at 6 but who saw Vuc becoming an all star?

That is a solid contract.
20 and 12 guy that can shoot 3s. He is a stretch 5 and not many centers in the market can say that.

Who said anything about overpaying him or not telling him to get in line though?
Point is he should be here if it fits into the calculations

Sure but who's really the driving force here? Durant or Kleiman? Also, the story Kleiman was telling about the KD phone convo where KD went off on him, why would he go off on him unless Kleiman had influence on where he went? His manager sold him on GS and now he's selling him on the Knicks. This guy Kleiman is obviously a major influence in his decisions. Yeah the GS Warriors contract is more but again, the success of this business is probably more important to Kleiman than that GS contract is to him for Durant.

Don't understand why Jimmy B wants to go there. Miami is a destination spot but there are other destination cities that have a better team for him.

LOL i'm not one of the posters refreshing every minute to post Randolph, Jason Kidd's son or SAS tweets. For me, it is what it is. I'm open to any direction the Knicks go.
