The best option might be giving the TIme Lord the chance to show what he's got, and maybe have a European big as a back-up. Of course there's always TAcko looking for a chance to out-big everyone else out there.

We just need to give Time Lord some time, and this will be happening on the regular next season book it

How achievable is Robin Lopez?

Seems like a match. We need someone to start.

I want to see Williams get as many minutes as possible but, until he gets stronger and can hold his own against the likes of Embiid in the post, I feel like he needs another "big" playing alongside him.

Robin plays hard, I've always liked the intensity he brings to a team.

Bring home Nerlens Noel and then grab a Lopez (or Kanter).

Give me two of those and and Tacko.

Lin as in Jeremy Lin, the point guard? Is there another Lin I am not aware of in the league or in Europe?

Len. Alex Len. But then again, I’m sure you know who I was talking about.

There will be a trade for a big.

I did not actually. Len is not exactly the type of player you easily remember. He was okay at Atlanta last season but is still a major bust.

I still feel we did it wrong vucevic would been where my money went now we have to settle on bargain basement centers I'd rather have this year any way the bargain pg's and nabbed Quality center. But whatever no real hope with timelord until surgery is performed so..

Why didnt we just keep Baynes?? SMH.

I'd go for Dedmon. Good defender and he can knock down the 3.

Oh ok. He showed decent improvement last year and is coming on. Took him a while.

A few thoughts:

Theis is an ok player, but he is not going to fill the spot we need. He's just not big enough. We need a legit big.

Noah would be nice, but that wouldn't end the search. In any event, we probably need to bring in 2 vet centers as we need 1 healthy at all times. Our roster now is all 1s 2s and 3s. Yes some 3s can play the 4 in a small lineup, but we lack bulk and size which we will need some nights.

I wonder in retrospect if we could have just kept Baynes? Then again, he has a hard time staying healthy, so there is that to factor in.

Last thought, what kind of deal is DMC going to get this summer?

Deadmon : good rebounder, can shoot 3's.
Richaun Holmes : 6'10, athletic, good shot blocker.

Agree with Curm here.

There is some massive affinity for WCS on this board. Guy is ok, but people act like he is prime Tyson Chandler defensively.

I just don’t think WCS is a good enough player. The room exception? Sure. But hope he is coming off the bench.

IMO, Bob Williams has better skill and ability

No one needs centers. Get a defender and rim runner.

If Robert Williams shows any ability to play good team defense and be in the right position, I would feel no problem starting him. Williams has a lot of ability and talent.

Williams will out up big numbers. It just depends on if he will get his body in the right place on defense.
