My main gripe has been stated numerous times in this thread. Just freaking tank already! We have a PG heavy draft and would have been set up with a nice top 4-5 pick. Now with Rozier we will still be bad but we just added salary and might be around the 6- 8 range.

I just don't see the point. It seems like we want to just treadmill.

Even with Rozier, NO WAY there are six other teams worse than us.

That's true. I guess I have it in my head at least 2 teams will jump us in the lottery. I just am discouraged about this entire process. I just feel like there isn't really a direction

This team is in the running for the worst organization in the NBA. The other team is the Suns. It’s no surprise that they were tied to Rozier too. This team will be lucky if they win 25 games next year.

our best player is probably Nic. Our 3 best offensive players from last season all left (Kemba/Lamb/Tony).

Rozier is better than Batum.

A career 38% shooter with a per of 12 is the best player on the team. That’s like being the tallest midget in the room.

I guess we're still doing an S&T just with Boston. But damn, I was really hopeful we could squeeze an asset out of that deal.

Tell me this, if the team signed Kemba to a max, we'd have no room to improve and likely be worst than last year unless we traded future draft picks for another star.

How is that much better than doing an all out tank? Kemba was a hero to the city, but he wasn't a superhero. We will have other chances to sign a top player, there was no reason to go all in with this roster.

It's a smart GM move.

I have never advocated signing Walker to a max. I would have, but that was never an option considering the contracts they handed out to players like Zeller, Williams, and Batum. The front office is crap and the buck stops at Jordan. He’s Al Davis with a legendary basketball legacy.

What?

So it'll just be a direct S&T between us and Boston?

Means they wont be able to sign Horford now - right?

So there is that silver lining I guess.

Let's stop pointing fingers at Jordan and recognize that Cho was the one who single handedly doomed this franchise. He was Batum's guy. Clifford was on the same train. Jordan steered the team into Frank, but he was hardly the reason for where we are now.

Bringing in Mitch has been a positive addition to me. He has a clear direction and has made moves that are starting to make sense. Knowing we weren't resigning Kemba, he traded for Biz in order to gain 2 more 2nd round picks. You couldn't expect him to trade Kemba before the ASG with it being in our city.

I figure you can just copy and paste Mo Williams stats for his brief tenure here and you'll get about near what Terry will do for us

The buck stops at Jordan. He owns the team and he signed off on Cho. Look at their horrid draft history and the atrocious contracts they have passed out like candy. If he’s going to consistently **** the bed then sell the team. He’s directly responsible for this mess and he’s a large reason why this franchise is a league wide laughingstock.
