By the time the Warriors catch their breath, there is going to be little on the market in terms of wings, even for the taxpayer MLE. It was going to be an ugly year roster-wise regardless of whether KD stayed or left.

I've been all in on using the TPMLE to sign our second rounders to 3 years instead of 2. Looking at these contracts the TPMLE doesn't get you anything better than that, maybe Bradley if you think he isn't done.

The money getting thrown around for many of these guys seems ridiculous. Hood at $8M per seems like a steal in comparison.

Now that KD is gone, a one year deal with the Warriors could eventually earn a guy a starting small forward spot longer term. There's minutes to be had, so maybe a guy will look at the Dubs in a bit different light now that KD is gone.
