Hmmm, I thought it had to be a 3 team deal with Kyrie included. I guess I'm wrong!

That was what was being talked about today. Weird.

Terry’s deal was large enough to get the job done. We had to rescind al though

Oh, so we had to do another S&T to be able to get Al, but not to get the MLE back up to 9.7, which was accomplished with Terry's S&T?

9. Can offer a starting role too

$9m will not be enough to get him. Not with these huge contracts being handed out.

It will be interested. Boston with be looking for S&T. Either with Horford or possibility Morris.

Whos offering more?

No one as of yet. If Boston gets him for $9m a year that would be a great deal for Boston.

I really don’t see how S+T of Terry helps us at all. Someone who actually knows cap inside out needs to spell it out in a way that makes sense. Why didn’t anybody suggest this option all along? Why? Because it isn’t real.
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

Kemba Walker, wearing #11, on opening night at TD Garden: "If you will have me, I plan on being here this season and the next and the one after that and the one after that."

I was wondering about this too....Chris Mannix is saying that since it is a sign and trade for Kemba, they could sign Horford with Bird Rights. The word is Horford may not be interested. We'll see what teams like the 2 LA teams do.
Brad Stevens on fans who want the Celtics to tank: "I don’t think they’ll like me all that much then."

Without having the numbers clear to me (plus S&T's are rather confusing), but I was under the impression to keep Horf before giving up his bird rights would take a 3-team between Celtcs/Nets/Hornets to handle the Irving/Rozier/Walker trades executed that way, and that left enough room for Horford to come back in a pipedream scenario. But then you run into the hard cap scenario, which should be why it stops Charlotte from participating.... But then again, that's my negligence on it all. But that was my loose understanding of it all.
156-1 Celtics are frauds when pressure is put on them. They would have been toast if Luka was not stupid enough to foul himself out. Enjoy this ONE finals win. There will never be another with the Js and the Celtics cant afford stacked team.
Bobby Marks: Phoenix will need to make a roster move to fit the projected $17M Ricky Rubio salary for 2019-20. The Suns are $2.6M over the cap when taking into account the Kelly Oubre Jr. hold and the projected new salary of Rubio. – via Twitter BobbyMarks42

Baynes trade will be rescinded. He’s coming back....you heard it here first! Admittedly....wishful thinking.....but connect the dots.

Can Philly please just use their remaining cap space to absorb Wiggins?

Is Wiggins value so low that he would be let go for nothing?

Ugh...I guess if he’s end of the bench but never want to see him play for us again. He’s brutal to watch.
