I don't know what did you all expected from Perry and Fizdale.
Our organization run by incompetent people. Its simple as that. Their track record was awful to begin with.

Fizdale's all reputation coming from Lebron-friendly media. Being Lebron posse he got his connections and end up as head coach of Memphis. He failed miserably and that should''ve ended his head coach career for good time.
But Knicks hired him...

S.Perry's track record is even worse.
He only worked in absolute worst front offices of the league. I really liked what Kings done after Perry left though. So if we fire him we should see the positive impact.

Randle is overpaid. The worst of the deal is it doesnt solve anything. Its really hard to identify what they're after.
Taj+Randle? Add DSJ-Frank-Knox etc.
Solid core to play for 7th to 11th in East for next 5 years.

Its a disjointed and incoherent roster not built towards winning. Extremely frustrating, but shouldnt be surprising.

Excellent move. 4/5, big body, can play in the post. I get it's a shooters league but need the semblance of post play and Candle and Gibson provide

I don't mind bringing back Kornet. I really want a stretch 4/5 on this team.

I forget if he has the midrange or not. I just recall him being adept in the post. Like, much better than I realized. This was last year. And that he still seemed very agile and active for what I assumed was an ancient player. Now, He's got some miles, but he wasn't as old as I thought, but he still seemed to play a few years younger than 33 or whatever he was last season.

I'm not going to die on the hill defending a Gibson signing. Honestly, I thought he was a guy who'd get a 1 year deal, like 8 million, but I think I forgot to take into account that when the cap goes up and a lot of teams have FA money, the salaries are higher than we assume.

I could do without 2 years and would have pivoted to ROLO if he was taking a 1 year - let's see if that happens.

But the Knicks needed another big, and I like Gibson for his ability to guard bigger PF's and C's, while Randle will be primarily a 4, back up 5 some.

I think Gibson is here to tutor Mitch too.

they just want to be good enough to be .500. in the east that's all you need to be. they're using those guys until they get there.

Then go get guys that will get you to .500
