Is Cuban trying to create the first ex-communist country team in the NBA

THJr certainly helped to redistribute Rich Dolan's wealth to himself. Fits the model.

I would want 5-6 first round picks for that. And two of them need to be in the lottery.

Straight up, only way I do it is if it's like what the Lakers sent for AD

4 picks unprotected, pick swaps every other year

That contract is so bad

Wiggins is still young, and has shown flashes of potential. There is no way they would give up that much to move him.

Knox just isn't ready for 38 mpg at the 4.
I realize that Randle will get 30 mpg, so it's slicing his minutes to a max of 18, but still. I think Knox can some 4, just not too much. Regardless if they are going to "push the pace". At some points, size matters. If not, just roll out guards and SF's at all 5 positions. Knicks have a lot of them. Why not!

I would have brought back Vonleh for a cheaper amount. Play him when Knox appears overwhelmed.

True. They just may really like Randle.

Could be PF THJr, could work. We'll find out.

I can't wait for Money Mitch to wipe the court with him every time we play them.

Deandre should've never started over Mitch from the moment we got him in that trade. Mitchell's floor is a prime Deandre; DJ was already looking slow as molasses the last 2 seasons.

Mitch will mature into a great defensive center in the mold of a Tyson Chandler or a Clint Capela. Putting ridiculous expectations on him like ‘Deandre is his floor’ doesn’t help anyone. Let the kid develop and be realistic.

There's nothing unrealistic about it. I don't hype any of our young guys, I see them for what they are.

But if you don't recognize how special Mitchell is and the motor he plays with, I don't know what to tell you. At least he's a guy you never have to worry about keeping in the 4th quarter since he's already a better FT shooter than DJ is.

I stand by my post, Robinson, barring any injuries, has the floor of Deandre Jordan. he was a double double machine the moment he was thrusted in the starting lineup, 2nd in bpg last season, clear cut leader in blocks per 36 minutes and 3rd in the league in orb per 36 as well. he's arguably the most athletic big in the league already and he has the best motor out of any center currently in the league.

Please refute any of my points, I look forward to your response.

Yea but you're not getting a haul to take his contract. They will play it out, and hope he improves.

Because the Knicks gave up even before free agency started. Just like the season we had. This owner, Mills and Perry do not belong in the NBA. No superstar wants to come to the Knicks and play for this owner. It is time for us Knicks fans to wake up. You traded Porzingis cause he wanted to get paid. Now, guess what? Only players who are bouncing around the league to get paid are willing to come to the Knicks. We all know where the problem is........James Dolan

Do not sign any vets right now!!!! They'll be a dime a dozen when the cap runs out for the big guys. With the crazy max contracts teams are not going to have much cap left. Signing Taj Gibson so quickly for that much was assinine.

DLo would be cool to play with our other guards. Some cool line ups there.

I'm down with getting him. I can dig.

wiggins is dingleberries

Hasn't improved a bit since his rookie year. In fact, I'd say he's gotten worse

Dude just posted a .493 true shooting season, has no defense, and no playmaking, and is on the hook for 4 more years

I ain't touching him with a ten foot pole
