No not at all in fact many thought that them trading for AD would convince kyrie to come back and he said it,wouldn’t and he was leaning kyrie being gone for way longer than that but he said it was official then.

Dudes been dead on about the Celtics and what’s cool is he don’t give a **** who believes him or doesn’t

I know that has been the consensus on the Boston board, and he seems like a nice poster, but being that wrong doesn't strike me as insider. Or a reliable one, anyone.

Luckily most people don’t have such simplistic views on the subject. Just you.

Well, yeah, its all just different degrees of losing and perspective but at the end of the day, their is only 1 real winner and 29 losers.

You don't get rings for conference finals appearances and whilst it was a very good season, ultimately its not a ring and in the grand scheme of things, its the same result.

Thanks for confirming.

You’re a simpleton, you see things as black or white. Hope that works for you.

I didn't realise that they gave out awards for making a conference final. Getting to the finals, yes, at least you won the conference, but merely making it to the conference final is a great achievement, but ultimately doesn't mean a damn thing by itself. If the Celtics had built off of that and improved then yes. But they started going backwards afterwards.

I'm not saying the Nets have had just as much success as the celtics either (the nets have been amongst the worst teams in the league up until last year) but ultimately the celtics haven't gone onto achieve much of anything that's worth mentioning individually (they've had a good run as a team, but what one achievement in this iteration of the team is worth mentioning really).

Well you're the first person to bring up whether or not anyone would care about what I think, so apparently its at the forefront of your thoughts. I'm just calling it as it is. reload was telling everyone they were wrong about kyrie leaving the celtics all season last year. doesn't strike me as an inside scoop.

He gave cleveland 6 great years. he resigned with cleveland BEFORE there was any news of lebron coming. he won a title for cleveland, something they hadnt seen in basically ever. lebron was headed to LA. Kyrie had every right to leave cleveland.. just like lebron did, AD did, kawhi did, etc...

Kyrie put in his tenure with cleveland and then some

Boston never had locker room problems before Kyrie (Stevens never was accused of playing favorites either). LeBron never had players asking out before Kyrie.

they never had locker room problems before brown/tatum/rozier either. boston is toxic. there worst thing for boston was that EC run. the young kids egos go way over ifnlated. rozier couldnt handle sitting after that. brown wanted to play over heyward but stevens gave heyward the preferential treatment. Kyrie played a part in it... he didnt handle it great but i mean when you never wanted to be in boston you know you are leaving ina year and you have these young kids beating their chest over a couple playoff wins when you know what it actually takes to win a title its easy to lose patients.

Kyrie is volatile. Good luck thinking he will fit in with whatever you think the culture is in Brooklyn.

kyrie is a champion. he will fit in brooklyn who is accepting of all personalities. Russell, booker, dinwiddie, they embrace players. Kyrie will have a career year

I think dorkestra posts in more Celtics related threads than he does Sixers. People, please: DO NOT FEED THE TROLL.

The media = sensationalize the present and overlook the past as if it has no bearing on today.

He’s legit, he’s broken a solid amount of news before they ever got put out to the media. Not sure if I’m allowed to mention which information he has broken or even be discussing about him but he’s the real deal.
