I also can’t stand when people mention the Nets were the 6 seed. They were literally 2 games away from missing the playoffs and had an incredible amount of luck down the stretch with other teams resting their players.

Mills is the pussy and, I believe, it was he who bloviated about making a big splash this off season and not Perry. Dolan has nothing to apologize for. He was smart to the extent he played a role in not writing a blank check to KD. If Dolan put the brakes on that, then I’m real proud of him because that means he learned a valuable lesson from the Melo debacle.

Regardless, the Nets did a great job recovering from one of the worst trades in basketball history, and they even got back to the playoffs before we did despite having the no draft handicap

KD/Kyrie/DeAndre to the Nets
Hype about Hinton and a ragtag crew growing into this special force

Ground Hog day

Durant and Kyrie knew what they were doing and they LeBron'd Knick fans. Players having fun at this organization's expense makes them feel like part of an elite "in crowd".

I agree. Nets have a good roster without KD. This is all good as long as Kyrie can stay healthy. This team has great chemistry and they loved playing with each other. Will probably need a few veteran players and possibly bring back Napier... will be a fun team.

I have no idea why Mills insists upon talking to the press. Just go handle keeping Dolan out of Perry's way, public relations aren't necessary. If Knicks fans stayed through the Isaiah era, they definitely aren't leaving now.
