I thought that a TPE couldn't be combined with any other form of cap space. If that is right I think they have a 25 million trade exception so we would get that 25 million exception and then Russell would have to accept the 25 million.

Yeah, I can’t see Russell wanting to be a third guard. Plus a S/T hard caps a team. Nate Duncan said the Warriors would have to dump at least one key vet to get below the apron/hard cap.

I think Lakers are biggest threat once they miss out on Khawi.

It can't, neither in combination with players, that's why I have the trades listed separately. One for Wiggins, one for Teague but the value for 24m is combined to net Culver.
