Not sure what Jamal Murray extending from his rookie contract has to do with 2021. Was he a guy who you were really targetting considering the Bulls have a equivalent player in Lavine?

He was mentioned on a list as a possibility.

He was a RFA that Denver was never going to let go. Considering they just extended him now instead if waiting proves that. He wasn't a possibility.

We've been rebuilding for 2 years. How long has Philly been doing this???

Forget about Philly, I was talking about the Grizzlies and Pelicans who are just accumulating young players, picks, and good vets. The Nets and Nuggets are two other teams that are having an impressive rebuild.

New Orleans had AD which was the result of luck and then had LA bent over the barrel which was again not to do with any expert team management.

Memphis had more luck with the lottery balls than Chicago did. That's not Chicago's fault.

I do blame Chicago for not tanking well enough two years ago. We should have had a higher pick and a chance at Trae or Luka. Instead they won a bunch of meaningless games at the end of the season. Still may not have gotten a higher pick but obviously would have had a better chance.

Okay, I'll predict we end up with Seth Curry and Kyle O'Quinn. I can live with that, but would love Beverly and Boban.

sam hinkie had an actual plan and executed it optimally. four years of suckage. colangelo and brand have done their best to screw it up and they were still within a lucky shot of taking toronto to a game 7 overtime

bulls should've started rebuilding a year earlier too

Why do people continually say the Bulls don't have a plan? I just don't get that. Their plan is as clear as day.

I blame the Felicio contract and not interviewing other coaches drama that gives a lot of the fanbase “doubt” to what the FO is doing.

There’s probably more reasons.

Edit: Oh yeah and the late signing of Kildraftpick. LOL!

I would rather have Jamal Murry for that kind of money than Tobias Harris. For one thing, he's 4 years younger. Its crazy how many teams Harris has been on already- I think it's around 11.

I know that, but it wasn't my list. I'm not saying he was probable...I think there are very few people available in 2021. Only way Murray and other 3rd year players would be available would be if they didn't extend, and took the QO in year 5. Highly unlikely that any of them would be worth the max, and their current team would not have matched. Again, not my list.

That's different than saying they don't have a plan.

I'll assume you meant Seth Curry. Steph Curry to the Bulls would be...a rather surprising development.

Like I said, it created “doubt”. I never said they didn’t but that “doubt” is a strong one.

Got a lot of friends here in New York that are Knicks fans. I've stopped texting them tonight because it's just too cruel.

They'll be spending 46 million of their salary this season on 3 PFs: Randle, Gibson, Portis. Seems peculiar ... hopefully Gibson and/or Portis have second year team option.

With the Mavs not wanting Dragic, I hope the Bulls come to the rescue.

Dragic along with Young would be massive for the Bulls, and it could legitimately get them closer to the playoffs.
