I don't know all the specifics, but Harris' cap hold is much less than the contract he has agreed to, and he won't sign his contract until others' have signed.

Yep, looking at their cap sheet now. It looks like the salary coming back from Butler trade would be small enough so they can fit Horford's 1st year salary post-Butler-trade.

No. Gary Payton rule, named after a set of transactions we did.

Our only shot is to modify the deal w/ Phoenix before it closes, if that doesn't mess up our other plans cap-wise.

I guess Philly will have their entire cap and then some in four guys if they keep Simmons long term. Like the Warriors just found out, that can create some issues adding value to the bench if someone goes out for an extended period.

Personally, I think anyone who doesn't think that team is going to be very, very good next season is a little too one-eyed. Horford going there hurts.

S&T did happen, but it wasn't the S&T I was expecting lol. AND we still don't get the full MLE and BAE. And Horford's gone. So many Ls I took today hahahaha.
