If the **** we came up with in the other thread is legal, Mook can either be re-signed by Boston to stay or sign-and-traded to another team (incoming salary will depend on Mook's new salary). It could be separate from the Rozier-Kemba trade.

Could be why he's waiting? Kawhi, Danny Green, and the Morris brothers are really the only big name starters still left unsigned.

At this point he doesn’t care. He knows already that the Jordan comparison is dead. He has no shame. His pouting and the lakers not making the playoffs pushed the lakers into the 4th pick and the leverage to trade for Davis and grant the pelicans a star in zion williamson.

Yah, but at least KD was understandable and a reward for teams doing things right. LA did nothing right and theyre going to win 2-4 titles from it. Thats just fundamentally unfair.

I mean I wish. But wtf Kawhi and AD with him is too damn much. We can only dream of getting one of those types of players, lakers will have 3. Kawhi just won a championship with Lowry and siakam as his 2nd and 3rd best players. Davis can score 27 and 12 in his sleep. Lebron can always give you 25, 7, and 7 while coasting, Durant is out for the year, the warriors are finished. Who is going to stop them? Embiid? Giannis? They got no chance. **** the nba and these current group of star players. So soft. So weak.

Interesting to hear this view to be honest, the league is bigger than ever (especially internationally) and everyone is making money hand over fist.

There are obviously a number of structural issues that could be addressed, but I would be pretty surprised if there was another lockout. Unless you think players think the share of BRR should be much higher?

Ratings are down. People arent a fan of inevitability. Id expect ratings to decrease again.

20+ teams have no chance at a title unless they do everything perfectly. The Lakers have a chance at a title every 5 years cuz players want to be in LA.

I’m gonna go with the Chris Rock approach to this and say no, sometime that **** doesn’t happen. Sometimes people just get away with doing lame things.

It’s all good though. LeBron does a lot of good for the world. He may ruin basketball, but that’s not gonna stop me from loving Blaze Pizza.

I honestly do not believe that Kawhi or AD have competitive spirit. And LeBron is competing against MJ, so he needs 3 titles in the next 3 years.

It’s the new norm. Think about how exciting the nba season would be like if leonard went to the clippers next season? It would be wide open. Anyone could come out the west. The east would be open as well.
