Are Jimmy and wall friends lol that seems to be the line this year, " I wanna play with my friends with a team I trust. "

Okay...what in the Sam Hell is going on right now.
Wall, Beal, Ian, Dwight, Rui, Brown, Phillips, McRae, and cap holds for Sato/Bryant is already 104M on 10 people.

Thats before the Simmons and LAL trade which added salary...
So how did we take Ish in with cap space?
Why is Sato TPE only 5M?
How to we have Full Kieff TPE?

There is some other move or people are misreporting things. Very confusing.

It could be part of the MLE, or if Detroit was willing to facilitate it could be a S&T.

I think Admiral may play some 2 guard in the NBA. He’s strong long armed and quick with range to his game. The 3rd fastest lane agility of SFs in this draft. Switchability is key. He will fight through picks and take up wide space. I see him as a back up at both 2 & 3 depending on who is out there with him.

Didn't occur to me, but it's a great idea if he really is quick enough. 245 lb SG!

Offseason starting to get really boring. It's been literally hours since any big changes to the Wizards!

The Warriors have no intention of keeping D'Angelo Russell, it is being reported. I am wondering if we can make a trade for him.... trade Wall, assuming Warriors want Wall. Dont know if the numbers work either.
The Warriors cannot trade Russell this offseason, unless he agrees to a new location prior to July 6, when the deal would actually be finalized. Otherwise, they’ll have to wait until January to make a trade.
Thoughts?

So its not just me that views this as a bottom 2-3 roster in the league correct? It does seem like we'll be in the Ping Pong ball hunt for the likes of Wiseman, Edwards, Hampton, Maledon, Anthony, ahh hell, there is just a ton of different guys in people's top 10's. Really hard draft to get a feel for.

Because of the Base-Year Compensation rules in Sign-and-trades

If the player meets those criteria and is included in a sign-and-trade deal, his outgoing salary for matching purposes is considered to be his previous salary or 50% of his new salary, whichever is greater. For the team he is being signed-and-traded to, his incoming figure for matching purposes is his full new salary.

Regardless of what you think about the Wizards moves so far, this much is certain. They have a plan and a direction. They are going young and they are relying on rookie players. I'll have to stop and think, but this might be the first time that I think we can say that.

I do like the direction. But gawd, let that roster sink in for a minute.

We are going to be really, really bad. Although, probably pretty darn energetic and fun to watch for the first three quarters of most games.

Probably nothing comes of it with that many suitors, but worth noting:

Clearly one of the three worse teams in league with Charlotte and Cleveland. Phoenix will not win many games either in the West, a ridiculously stacked conference.

Don’t like this, but one year not a disaster and he can be traded at deadline. This could achieve the worst DRtg in NBA history.

Now this one is god-awful. Thomas is DONE. Completely pointless, and reeks of grunfailed.

Sheppard had a bad day today.
