The Celtics are rumored to be interested in signing him. Sounds like he has emerged as one of the best centers in Europe. Can anyone here give a scouting report?

Very good hustle player basically. Very active, good lateral speed, recovers quickly, athletic, best rebounder in Europe probably, hustles and gets tons of deflections. Doesnt shoot or crate his own shot, just garbage buckets and pick and roll hops.

Thanks. Very helpful. This sounds like a guy who can have a solid career in the NBA as a rotation big, and possibly a quality starter in the right environment. I hope the Cs get him.

Pros:

Good-sized center.

Very athletic.

He's really aggressive on offense and really attacks the rim with authority. He's a great finisher also.

Defensively, he's a good shot blocker, and he has the size and strength to defend on the block.

He's a good rebounder.

Cons:

Can't really defend pick and roll or switches.

As far as EuroLeague centers go, he's definitely noticeably below average skill wise. His offense is basically dunk, dunk, dunk, dunk...although he can hit an open 8-12 foot jumper.
