You're right. On this roster, Theis is a forward.

Re: Woj: Theis re-signed
Awesome, this is a legit bigman group now, especially if Poirier and Williams can provide quality rim protection. Yabusele has to be going somewhere at this point unless he's going to drop 40 pounds and become a wing player.
Offseason has gone as well as you could expect given that Kyrie and Horford couldn't be retained for reasons beyond the control of the Celtics really. Hard to find fault in any single move as far as I'm concerned.

Trade Yabusele, with nothing coming back, and we're good.

Nah, if he lost 40lbs, he's still be a PF, but probably better at it.

Good to have him back. Hope he regains some of his athleticism he lost after his knee injury. He seemed a little slower and more grounded last year.

Nice. I think he is going to ultimately end up as our starting center.

Re: Woj: Theis re-signed
Good deal for everybody involved. It will interesting to see if that is a team option on the second year. Good deal though. I know he played like crap towards the end of the year, but he can give us a different look on offense and I think he will bounce back. We have big bigs now, it is nice to have a guy that can space the floor if we so choose.

He has to be gone. Either that or there is some massive, massive trade being worked out right now somehow. No way Yabusele can get minutes ahead of any of these guys who can all play one of the 4/5 spots: Rob Wiliams, Grant Williams, Tatum, Theis, Poirier, Kanter. He doesn't do anything better than any of them except maybe have a jumper that Poirier and Kanter don't possess. Hope he gets a shot on a bad team willing to give him minutes cuz he's a fun player.

So it appears Yabu is on the way out?? But he's in the Summer League team. Hmm.
We could have the Dancing Bear and the Tree of Pear on the same team.

Re: Woj: Theis re-signed
The question now is whether or not NBA 2K20 will actually bother to scan his face or if they're going to do him dirty for the third year in a row.
